Well, it finally happened, Davenport got injured and i had her in a parlay for 10 unit's, it was just a matter of time till this happened.
yup...i had davenport, agassi, both williams sisters, clijsters and federer in a 6 teamer. but luckily davenport pussied out so soon, that I just doubled my bet on the rest. now if federer can win, i will feel pretty good.
oh chit.....i am in BIG trouble. Williams is playing like the little bitch that she is. I really dont feel like dropping a TON of money on womens tennis tonight. LETS GO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

**My unit wagers are done on a "unit profit" basis. Meaning PROFIT.......so when I place 500 units on a match at odds of $1.38 and I win I MADE 190 units (500x1.38=690)......and if I make a 500 unit play and lose I LOST 500 units.**

No prob kick....you got some cahoonas and deserve to be awarded for it! Shawnessy is a good player....not Williams caliber...but not the kinda player that I should lay -1000 odds with. I am smarter than that...I was reaching for the biggest parlay I could find, and I deserved to lose. I learned my lesson.
On another note.....I cant wait for the next tourney to start. Heres the reason. My sports book posts odds for each match with a "game line" It seems that the heavy favs in the early rounds of tournaments ALWAYS cover these lines.
Example.....either of the Williams sisters or Clijsters or Davenport against some scrub will usually be -6.5 or 7 games. So if they win 6-2, 6-2....easy winner. Take a look at early round matches and you will find that most of the time these come true.
Any thoughts?

well........as I've said many times on here.....the women's game is a joke........the top 5 women win 99.99999999 % of the time when they play players ranked outside the top 30........it's pathetic

the men's game is very very different........the depth in the men's game is incredible...........#15 can EASILY lose to #115, happens all the time..........the depth in the men's game is sickening.......trust me I know.....I played on the tour (minor leagues) I saw guys ranked 900 beat guys in the 100's one day and then the next day I'd beat the guy ranked 900........it really is that crazy...........
be careful when betting on favs in the men's game.........be very very careful..........that would be my number one tip in betting tennis........the only difference between #20 and #220 is how they play the "big points" 30-40, etc. etc. ........the men's game is 95% mental........
fu** the top girls don't even have to concentrate until the QF's frigging pathetic
as for tonights match...........Shaugnessy has beaten Venus before and is not one of those "crappy" female players.....she can actually play .........sure I can say that now since the match is over with but once I saw odds of $9.00 ........I just couldn't resist.......ya see when Venus or Serena actually have to play a match.....they fold......why......because 95% of the time they either cruise through or intimidate the other girls.......Megan was not one of those girls......I've actually hit with her before and she's one of the few girls who won't back down.........you should see the girls on the tour.........they COWER when ya mention Venus or Serena.........totally intimidated......pathetic..........on the men's game.........every guy walks on the court knowing they can win...........not true for the chickies.....not even close to true
