Martin on hard clay has a record of 72-40 all time...
Martin is currently ranked 114th while Stepanek is currently 50th....
They have NEVER faced each other...
Martin has a 45% specialization on hard surfaces while Stepanek has 28% specialization on hard surfaces...
The only drawback I see to this wager is the BIORYTHM which is low for Martin, and high for Stapanek in terms of Physical,emotional, and intellectual ability...

Hopefully, this won't be a concern!!

Pinnacle not offering it.... of the two which do you like better?

but in the last two days I've seen Pinnacle with some great odds........maybe you'll get a better price then I did :shrug:


but remember.......tennis prices go all over the place :D

Isn't it odd that Escude is an underdog @+150 versus
MOYA @-170 at Pinnacle for a match today, yet for Wimbledon he has lower odds to win it all than Moya...could it be the surface factor?

I see some value on Escude to defeat Moya!

yep.......surface can make a huge difference.......if this match were on indoor carpet or on grass Escude would be the fav :)


although as far as Spaniards go......Moya isn't too bad on the grass.........most of his fellow countrymen won't even step on the court :D

Last time Escude faced Moya was in 1999 US OPEN in NEW YORK
where Escude won 6-1, 6-4, 0-1, as Moya retired... Escude seems like good value at +150 PINNACLE...by the way it also was on a HARD surface..
Moya ranked 5th while Escude ranked 67th...
Moya 35% specialization on HARD surface, Escude 37% on HARD surface...

Definitely see value here...

that's why ya gotta love tennis........huge difference between INDOOR and OUTDOOR and huge difference between CLAY and GRASS

in fact...........I know of 19 different kinds of surfaces that tennis can be played on............here are some of em:

Red Clay
Green Clay (known as Har-Tru...much different from red clay)
Tara Flex
Bross Carpet
Supreme (Carpet)
Plexi Gold (Hard Court)
Tile (it's like sponge when ya walk on it)
Dexi Turf
Grass


in General the fastest surface is grass.........but for me the fastest surface I've seen is Bross Carpet.........and the slowest surface is ReD Clay.........

also.......if you have the exact same surface.........playing Indoors is faster then playing outdoors.
