Thought I would throw my opinion in on this decimal subject, as I work for a British book.
Your American lines are by far the most difficult to work out. In Europe, the most common odds are fractional odds e.g 4/6, 1/2 etc etc but decimal odds are just as simple. Multiply your stake by the actual decimal odd, and 'voila', you get your total returns back including your original stake.
I cannot get my head around this American price system, and am not sure why it is used so much. :shrug:
