At currently price around $1, LEA is trading at less than 3% of revenue, less than 10% of book value, and less than 2 times 2008 earning, and less than 2 times recently revised down 2010 earning. Is this company to go under? Not with $900 million cash in hand and no major debt mature until 2012. Is its business model broken? No, it had been making profits all year in 2007 and first 2 quarters of 2008 until into Q3 when things fell off the cliff. 75% of Lear's revenue comes from outside north America. Globally GM is 29% of revenue, Ford is 21%.
