biggest sports bet losing wager about 5-6 years ago was way up and bet kentucky in ncaa fb for 3500 at -3. got back doored at the end and they won by 2.
biggest sports bet winner was ravens in the superbowl vs the gints. had 2 futures to win +2300 and +1800. the day of the game i bet 2500 at cris and at half i bet 500. the figures might be off a little but it's close. it's somewhere posted in the forum but i cant get search to work past 6 months.
i've won parlays for more. about 7 years ago during the playoffs, i bet a 4-teamer on saturday for 500/5000 and hit it and the next saturday i hit another 4 teamer for the same amount. i bet thru a local at the time and it took him about a month to pay me but i got all my money
i hit a 6 team parlay that's posted on the forum some place too. i think i won about 6 dimes on that one.
i won in about 3 days 18k betting blackjack at gameday. that was about 5 years ago. i had it up to about 22k, took 18k out and blew the rest. i think they discovered what i was doing and changed their software because i've never been able to do it again. i had previously won 11k at sportbet playing the same system as i did at gameday.
about 10 years ago i won 15k playing blackjack at the mirage one night (the first day of our trip). by the time the week was over i gave that back plus 15k more. ohhhhh the memories. LOL paid them back 1000 a month with no interest (markers) as i didnt have that kind of money to lose at the time.
AR182, leonard/hearns was my very first bet with a bookie. i bet 30 to win 25 and my boy sugar ray pulled it off. one of the most exciting fights i ever saw. watched it at college park back in the days when they showed it on TV in the big civic centers.
that's all i have on the mind right now.

My old girfriend in when I was in the Marine Corps and I played strip poker with a buddy of mine and his wife and I won....................was supposed to be able to bag his ole lady since I was the winner and she was pretty hot................girlfriend was pretty hammered and was willing to play along.......or so it seemed....................she got pissed when she found out I was serious about hittin it right then and there and told Brett (buddy) he could crack Monica (girlfriend) I didn't give a crap, .................he seemed happy enough with that...............so his ole lady and I retired to the boudoir and I was all set to start stabbin when Monica was knodking on the door bitching that Brett was walking around with a rager and she didn't know why. Apparently, the drunk old bag forgot that I was busy, and forgot that I won.............women......................so anyway I lost that chance to bag this guys old lady and had to manhandle it when I got home.

I agree with you DTB. I used to bet more than I could afford but kids and mortgages will change all that (in most cases). It's a lot like my drinking.....now I drink for enjoyment whereas previously it was purely for effect.

I'm not nearly the hitter some of you guys are.... Biggest loss was this year, Ohio State over Texas. Lost about $650 straight and it was the final game in two small parlays that would've paid another $500. It's 100x more frustrating when your team actually appeared the be the better team for almost the entire game but choked in the red zone.

FUNNY THIS FORUM QUESTION, JUST YEST. LOST 2,750.00 ON DALL +3, BET EARLY IN THE WEEK , WHEN I SAW THE LINE GO TO DALL-1, I KNEW THE WISE GUYS AND SHARPS WERE ON DALL. SO I FELT REAL GOOD, UNTILL THE 1ST. QTR. THE BOYS LAYED DOWN LIKE THE WIMPS THAT THEY ARE.

Biggest loss on one game was $4400 in 2001, a hedge bet in Week 17. I was in line to win a $10,000 online contest, and knew after the 1pm games that if Buffalo failed to cover in the 4pm game that I had won the contest. Can't remember who they were playing against, but I had about 10 minutes to make my decision between games after figuring out the contest standings...and I bet the Bills to lock in some winnings. Felt pretty crappy when the hedge bet lost and I cost myself a good chunk of change, but I just could not stomach getting nothing for my efforts should that final game not work out (there was no second prize).

I won the game when the Astros pulled a miracle extra-innings come-from-behind win out, but the game scared the hell out of me and taught me a good lesson about progression schemes.

forget the concept of gambling. pretend this is a flower discussion board. obviously only intense operator and agent would be left as members, but thats irrelevant. flower shops would advertise here and he would just sells ad space to them. and advertisers would continue to advertise here because of the hits they receive and referalls. he doesn't get anything if you lose your bets. or in my example if you buy flowers.
he also is in a good spot to help you or another member out if they have a problem with a sponsor since he has a business relationship with them.
