Usually like 4th rd but will pass today for couple reasons.
1st I left lights on inside car and battery was dead this morning and has garage door blocked so have no vehicle to get to office till it charges and mind is going thru major caffiene withdrawal.
2nd was anticipating match with closer vs Howell and all I can find is Chad and not climbing on guy coming off 61.

---and major rant on TV coverage, whose football coverage was over in plenty of time and they switch to game with 17 point margin and broadcast it to the end causing 1/2 hour tape delayed broadcast of tourney.

4th round

Riley -120 over Flesch (365 ties ok)
Furyk +128 over Singh (pin)
Clarke -126 over DiMarco (pin)
Campbell +102 over Howell (pin)

DTB know what you are saying about Campbell and Howell but when I found Campbell was the underdog could not resist

Don't blame you SS as he sure came thru for you at monster odds vs Els yesterday:)

Finally got car started and got to office and some coffee in me.
---and in reviewing things I sure didn't get the matches I was looking for today. Seems like they have all my on's and against's paired together. Will be quite curious to see how Chad comes back following yesterdays low #. Goose sure missed some short birdies AND eagles yesterday or he would have also had obscenely low #. Will be interesting---- I only hope we get it "live" today.

Well Done - LIA - A great call on Campbell, who I backed at 40/1 (but didn't post).

Riley hung in there and I am not unhappy with that result either.

Final update:

Matchups: 5-4-1; -1.38 units

Weir/Appleby WON by 3
Weir/Toms WON by 1
Singh/Love TIED (Lost)
Campbell/Choi WON by 15
Leonard/Choi LOST by 1
Perry/Choi WON by 4
Perry/Clarke WON by 3
Perry/Verplank TIED (Lost)
Leonard/DiMarco TIED (Push)
Furyk/Howell LOST by 7

Outrights: 0-3; -3.00 units

Els 17th
Allenby 13th
Appleby 27th

Disappointing way to finish a very profitable 2003 PGA Tour season. The outrights were nowhere in sight, but the matchups could have very profitable: three of the four losses were courtesy of two losses to ties (one courtesy of Perry bogeying the last hole) and a one-shot loss on a double-play. Will be upgrading this Tour to 1.5 units per play next year!

PGA Tour final ytd:
Matchups: 158-96; +45.31 units
18-holes: 107-115; -43.67 units
Outrights: 37-103; +99.22 units

All Tours ytd:
Matchups: 408-286; +167.09 units
18-holes: 292-273; -46.15 units
Outrights: 95-353; +19.38 units

I should thank LIA as well. Helped me jump on Campbell. Which was my biggest $$ win of the year. :D :drinky: :spotting:

finals 72 holes 1-2

leonard/faxon (tie) loss
Weir/Appleby win
Goose/Howell loss

Outrights Leonard 21st Furyk 8th

Outrights week - 2 units
Matches week 2-2 +.08 units

Final PGA YTD Totals
Matches 278-184 +80.06 units
Outrights +40.8 units

A little pissed that Leonard lost 7 shot lead in final rd to enable both losses by a collective 1 stroke but have to say I had my share of good bounces this year. Chances are remote to ever hit 60% again on 450+ plays. Its been enjoyable and a learning experience as we had some new people join our little family here bringing new ideas and angles to light and I thank each and every one of you and special thanks to Stanley who provides us with data to make this one of most productive forum on the net.
Taking into consideration he provides in my view the best golf stat site period, runs several tourneys and keeps forum stats I will say emphatically I have never seen anyone anywhere contribute more to the golf punter. Heres to you my friend:toast:

Will do year end review again at conclusion of LPGA.
