To be VERY clear, because people loose track of this - the Obama admin was:
1. using their own FBI (and probably CIA) resources to SPY on Trump & associates with surveillance (with fake info given to FISA courts who did not question obvious fakery);
they were
2. Working with FOREIGN GOVERNMENTS, name the British govt Intel - MI6 to spy on Trump & associates (I also do not believe Christopher Steele was a "retired" agent) AND....
3) They used SPIES - actual human agents to try to entrap Trump's associates, of which Mifsud (who has disappeared) is but one. There are several others.
