Diego Sanchez is far too skilled for Guida's LnP

Nate Diaz will triangle Stevenson

THe show sucked this season so i have no idea in the other 2 fights :shrug:

If Dent v Dollar happens, I would lean heavily towards Dollar.

I don't think Dent has what it takes to finish a fight, and I don't think he can win in a decision.

Ross Pearson will more than likely be a big favorite and well deserved. Well rounded fighter.

I would probably fade Johnson but waiting to see who the opponent is before jumping.

Sanchez over Guida, for sure, but I'm not paying -280.

I am lost on the Joe Daddy/Diaz fight. I don't see Joe submitting Diaz, but will he be able to get Diaz down and control and steal rounds like Guida did against Diaz. Guida used his strength to bully Diaz against the cage and to the ground and just not let him do anything. I think Diaz can submit him,but if he doesn't then you have to worry about Diaz lack of strength to win enough rounds.

I'm actually not sure he will be a big favorite....I think it will be set rather close. We don't know too much about either guy.

The carpenter should not win fights for pushing a guy up against a fence and holding him there for 15 minutes. Disgusting.

This Guida fight i want no part of. I think this is gonna be a lot closer then people think. I see Diego getting a very close decision.

i`m not sure that guida can take sanchez down much less keep him there....the stand-up should be no-contest...we have the better stand-up,the taller,naturally bigger guy....and he`s a lefty....

perfect storm...


i don`t know how guida wins this short of something unnatural happening...

needless to say i`m parred up to my ears with sanchez...

like kegray,i`m looking for a reason to take a shot with stevenson...if the odds were a little more tempting,i might look at joe....maybe by friday..:shrug:

really?...i don`t count stevenson out of this..he should have a significant strength advantage....at this point,though,+125 doesn`t give me enough value...

in his last 8,stevenson lost to sanchez/florian and penn(all would be heavily favored over diaz...maybe the top 3/ 155 pounders in the ufc?)...and he beat gleison tibau(submission guy),guilliard,mishima,pellegrino and edwards....i wouldn`t call these guys stiffs...

a match-up i`d love to see would be clay guida vs stevenson...that would be a barnburner..

GW, I like Joe for a small play. I haven't come in and said yet because I didn't feel like debating with anyone over it. If you wait until the last day you can post your pick and not much can be said, if you do it early that crowd will come in and start picking away. I see the fight as a complete toss up and since I can get money coming back with Joe, I think I'll take it. Not for much but a small play.

that`s kinda how i feel...i can see diaz being a small fave..that`s warranted,imo......but,if it moves above +150,i`ll grab a small play on stevenson...

i read an article in which stevenson acknowledged that his ufc future may hinge on this bout...whatever that`s worth...

btw...i don`t mind the debate...i appreciate any dissenting views...the more info the better...:toast:

Yeah I never said I was playing Diaz, but that I just don't trust Joe Daddy. He is pretty dumb and has been known to make mental errors and one little mental error vs Diaz and you are in a submission that you can't escape.
I may sit this entire card out. More focused on Friday night Strikeforce and Bellator card.
Just need one of my books to post odds.
