Thought i would post this a bit early cause i think this card is gonna need all the help it can get.
One thing i have a great talent for is picking the loser in a Randy Colture fight so i will pass on that snoozer. I don't see many betting opportunities here. Maybe going against Vera and that is about it. Only fight i have interest in is the Demian Maia vs. Nate Marquardt fight which should be on top of the card. Maybe one of u guys can pick out a gem from the undercard. I don't even know half the guys on it.

Kick keep us posted on the time and day the Kickserv radio show is on. It is tough to make plans with a show that comes on at any moment or shifts time frames from week to week.

i most likely will go with Nate. Nate has the skill to stay out of submissions and Ed Herman was smacking Mia around until he got submitted. Nate is not Ed Herman.

Absolute crap card.

I do want to see Nate vs Maia but other than that this card is a joke.

I'm really starting to wonder about the UFCs choices in fighters.

I don't mind the card, can't judge a card until it is done. I don't care who is fighting, if fights are exciting that's all I care about. As I have said many times, cards that "look great" can turn out to be "bad" and cards that "look bad" can turn out to be "great".

Looking forward to Demian Maia vs. Nate Marquardt and Krzysztof Soszynski vs. Brandon Vera, can't wait for those fights:) :box2:

Maybe because rumors for this card as one of the lowest ordered US events in quite some time for a UFC event.
Nog vs Couture should be a retirement match as headliner WWE style.

I really like Maia, Krzysztof, and the huge puppy, Chris Tuchscherer! Gonzaga has no chin, and this behemoth is going to hit him hard. Super value here.

Maia is just so slick, and he can take a shot.

Krzysztof has done nothing but win in the UFC even on short notice. Vera should have gone on to huge stardom back in 2007, but he failed and will again in this fight.

Might throw together my favorite fighter, The Dean of Mean with short fuse, but not really excited about either of those fights.

It is gonna take posts like this if this thread is to ever see a 3rd page. Not exactly exciting matches to speak of. Maybe Baroni will be a last minute replacement and steal the show.:142smilie

With two Canadians on the card.........never happen....never.

:canada1 :canada1 :canada1 :canada1

And remember, if more then one Canadian on the card, then it is a great card, don't forget that.

MMA Record (since UFC 58)
---------------------------------------------

Prop Bet 28-30
Fighter vs. Fighter 151-240
Parlays 71-93

+26.40 Joe Rogans

Tim Hague :canada1 beat Todd Duffee $2.10 (+110) *2 Joe Rogans

Krzysztof Soszynski :canada1 beat Brandon Vera $2.55 (+155)
*2 Joe Rogans

Evan Dunham beat Marcus Aurelio $2.75 (+175) *1.5 Joe Rogans

After Soszynski beats Vera, maybe then Vera (and his fans) may realize that this guy is a tad over-rated. Vera actually thinks he's the best in the world, if you don't believe him, just ask him:142smilie Krzysztof is no joke, and will be ready for Vera. Odds are sweet as hell, yep, sweet:) Vera goes down in the third round, Soszynski by sub in the third.

Hague should be a fave, he's a dog, I'll take Hague thanks you very much:)

Dunham odds are crazy, he's fighting at home and is 8-0. Guy fighting at home, hasn't lost and is +175, sign me up:) This fight should be a "pick em"

I was thinking about it, only thing stopping me at those big odds is that Gonzaga has to win or he's done in the UFC. But you are correct, the odds are mighty tempting that's for sure:scared

See what the line does:shrug:

Not sure why everyone is counting out Nogueira, I think it is worth a little wager at +145. I know most of the reasons for and against each fighter but this one could be closer than people think. I like Nog by submission, maybe even KO. Also really wish I could wager against McCully, he is simply the best fighter in the world...to bet against!

Probably head to the bar to watch this one but wouldnt mind seeing Maia/Marquart, Jardine/Silva, Vera/Krzysztof

I think the doggies bark loud on this card except I give Nate the great the edge
