Stann and Chael Sonnen would do pretty good at 170. Of course they wouldn't be at 170:mj07:
Neither is Daley!!! :142smilie

In regards to Daley's wins over Dustin and Kampmann, it reminds me of Sok in Pride knocking out Little Nog followed by Arona.
Don't believe the hype.

When someone finally get's their head out of their arse and uses the correct gameplan, this cocky shithead is going down.

Come on Kick. Come on over to the dark side with us. Carwin blows. He is so much of a one trick pony that he makes Kimbo look well rounded.:142smilie

Would any other Heavyweight have been as dominant against Carwin's opponents? He destroyed them. I think the rest would have gotten the wins, but I don't see any of them beating them as badly/quickly as Carwin did.

Well this has been beat to death but Carwin was getting his ass handed to him by Gonzaga before his one big punch. Gonzaga handed that fight to him.
The rest of Carwin's wins read as a list of who nots in the MMA world:
Neil Wain(5-1) His best win other than Gonzaga
Wellisch(8-5)
Pendergarst(11-16) Plenty of bum fighters who beat him much quicker than Carwin.
Rex Richards(6-2) Never even heard of him.
Rick Slaton(2-1) Please.
Chris Guillen(13-12) He has been beaten in under a minute a few times before by bums.
Justice Smith(0-2) Please. The other guy who fought him Lungu beat him in 51 seconds just like Carwin.
Jay McCown(1-3). Really Please.
Casey Jackson(4-2) Who??
Carlton Jones(1-4) Are you freaking kidding me.

I could name about 8 HW's who could do what Carwin did. AT LEAST.

When I saw the name Carlton, my first thought was Carwin fought the guy from Fresh Prince in his debut. :142smilie

To MMA cappers

To MMA cappers

Saw the card the other night on line. Thought Thiago let a golden opportunity slip away.

Wondering, wouldn't middleweight Anderson Silva easily handle Rashad Evans and nearly everyone else at 205?

Wouldn't A. Silva and L. Machida be a massive MMA bout?

Machida needs a legit win over Shogun first.
The mega Anderson Silva matchup people are wantingis with GSP not Machida.

Yeah, that would be a nice fight. But I'd have to favor Anderson there. If Matt Serra can crack GSP out, I would expect Anderson to do it in style.

Yep........the biggest fight in history of MMA would clearly be GSP vs Anderson.

That is the one that everybody wants to see.

Of course Fedor fighting Mir, Brock Lesner, or Dos Santos is a fight that will never happen because Fedor doesn't like to fight top guys. But those match-ups would be mega fights.

Also Aoki fighting Florian or Penn are also match-ups that every MMA fan wants to see.

The problem with MMA right now is that Penn, GSP, and Anderson Silva are so far and away better then everyone else in their division you can't match them up with anybody. Of course some people like dominate champs.

Anyway, hands down the biggest fight in history would be GSP vs Anderson Silva. GSP destroyed Penn, so that won't happen again, it is all about GSP and Anderson.

GSP just needs to move up and fight one MW to test himself. Someone in the top 5-7, if he does well in that fight then I would say a fight with Silva is in order. I don't see why he should get a fight with Silva right away. BJ beat other WWs so he deserved the shot at GSP, Anderson has tested himself vs LHWs now.

Penn going up to GSP and Silva going up against 205 ers, then seeing GSP move up for Silva, shows u why GSP won't do that. I wouldn't either if i was GSP. Penn had a shot. SilvA is just that good. Asking GSP to move up against that killer would be such a much bigger step to take then what the other two had to do.

This guy lost to 'titties' in his most recent fight. :142smilie

I stand corrected. Carwin has fought some serious competition.:142smilie

The only thing that is a bigger joke than Carwin is who he has fought.
How the hell does this guy deserve a title shot????

Talk about about a guy who is about to get exposed in a big way. Come on Kickserv, WHY DO YOU LIKE THIS GUY??
