I'm not as confident in any of these dudes as others are

amen brother...some really excellent analysis going on over there this week,,that`s for sure...
this is what i`m looking at so far...
thiago+185...maybe swick out-strikes thiago...i`m sure he`ll bum`s rush him...it all depends on whether thiago keeps his cool, avoids trouble early and hopefully gets this to the ground...
swick likes to take the play early...staying out of trouble early is the key for thiago,imo...
hell,at +185,why not?...this guy is better than i initially thought...swick may whack him early...but nobody else has...and his loss to fitch?...a wrestler?...that`s not swick`s bag...he has a real chance at subbing swick on the ground,imo...and you can`t really sleep on this guy`s stand-up...ask koscheck...
the odds are worth a tickle...
trigg+120...this line befuddles me...maybe because of the ultimate fighter?...i think trigg is the better wrestler...maybe i`m wrong...serra has 4 subs in 9 wins...he`s not damian maia...
trigg`s losses were to koscheck(aside from a lucky punch, does anyone think serra hangs with koscheck?),robbie lawler, carlos condit, gsp, hughes in his prime, and sakurai....he doesn`t lose to middle rung guys...he`s beaten mayhem miller, hallman aand a few other solid guys(like falaniko vitale, a 185 pounder who has wins over a prime matt lindland and yushin okami to go with 14 submissions)....
and from all accounts, trigg is taking this fight very seriously...a sort of last stand...
two guys at roughly the same level...i`m hoping trigg`s wrestling acumen keeps shorty from taking his back(trigg`s wolfsbane)...and he has to avoid that ridiculous wild looping right hand that won serra the lottery vs gsp(another reason, imo, why serra is a tad overrated).......all we ever see is trigg losing badly to the cream of the crop...but along the way,he`s beaten some guys..we just haven`t seen these fights on t.v....
i`ll take a chance with +120...trigg just needs to stay tight....don`t get careless...
running the faves(couture/maia/marquardt) in a par that already has cyborg and hieron in...i don`t have a choice...probably shouldn`t have played this as i believe one of these faves will blow....wth,at 2-1,i don`t mind hanging in with it.......i expect each one to struggle a bit....even couture who is diminished(just not as much as c"old"man)....looks from here like their ages could easily be reversed....
on the fence as to whether or not to take a shot at torres and emerson...torres ` weight drop was ridiculous(thanks for posting that,g.k.)...always thought that anybody with semi-decent jiu jits could sub melvin...but he went the full 3 against tibau without getting choked.....and he can knock anybody he catches out....
really a crapshoot..
emerson?...not as talented as nover but he might be able to outlast/out-tough nover...not sure yet... don`t feel like laying - odds...
theres some buzz around davis...
taking some dogs...been on a decent early year run(after last year, there was no place to go but up) so i`ll play a little fast and loose......
