unfortunate to foster get a keg injury although his kneebar defense was terrible.

joe is displeasing me.

he attempts an awkward takedown and ends up on his back and then sotir picks him up and all joe has to do is drop his legs to return to his feet but his latches his legs onto sotir instead.

i was worried joe might be too strong....excellent stand-up from sotiropoulos....

he still needs to do some weight training imo,,,

that gets us to a good spot tonight...a bisping win would really top it off...

didn't do my homework on that one. maybe if i watched the season of tuf that george was on i wouldn't have made that bet.
