Apparently I'm 6-years old cuz whenever I see one of these videos I giggle like a schoolgirl. How the hell did you get him to pronounce 'Fedor' right?

I didn't make that one. Although it is easy to get them to say the name by spelling it "Fey" "door".

He screwed up on Lyoto. Should have spelled it Lee oto.

Gotcha. Yeah, I noticed that. They got pretty close on Machida though.

11,000 votes for the poll on Sherdog:
Who won BJ or Edgar?

allmost 60 percent for BJ

ugh
that pisses me off
i think edgar edged it
but I wish 3 of these 11,000 people would have been judges
would have saved me much cash

Notable stats:

-FightMetric credited Edgar with 13 takedowns attempts, with 1 success. They did not award him a takedown in round 2 because "he was unable to establish an advantageous position before Penn got back to his feet."

-Penn edged Edgar in total strikes 72 to 63.

-Penn edged Edgar in HiPer strikes 71 to 61.

-Penn attacked more to the head with 61 of his 72 strikes, while Edgar threw 24 of his 63 strikes to the legs and body.

"the bunker"
i`m also surprised it was only 60% considering the teenage twerps that overpopulate these sites(discussed in this forum many times)........i can put up a poll that contradicts this one...they both mean diddly...

quoting polls on these fanboy sites?... ..you might as well ask,"who would you rather play nintendo with"....if you read these forums, you know these are popularity contests....

that poll holds about as much vaklidity as these do..http://www.bopandtigerbeat.com/polls/

imo,the guy lost...he looked like he lost..ALL the judges agreed that he lost....he didn`t appear to bitch when the decision was read.....he was slow as hell and looked lost in rds 4 and 5....1-3 were close.....imo,he did nothing better than edgar in the fight...

ring generalship?....yeah, penn dictated every aspect of that fight...puh-lease...

and fightmetric?...if that`s anything like punchstat, you can throw it down a rathole...he landed so many more "hiper"(lol) head shots?...i guess that`s why penn`s face looked like it had just gone through a meat grinder...

bottom line...i thought it was extremely close....i thought edgar won...some disagree...polls are b.s...fightmetric means nothing to me when i watched a fight with my own eyes...

a robbery?...that`s where we really part company...whoever calls this fight a robbery needs to put down the bong...but,if it makes some feel better, knock yourself out...

verrry classy....despite the loss,i would probably go with penn in a rematch....he strikes as the type who can adjust after experiencing a particular style(unless just plain out-sized like he was vs st pierre)...

Same here. I think Penn was surprised Edgar did as well as he did and wasn't ready for his quickness. I'd take Penn in a rematch without thinking twice.
