already have a pending parlay with ra-shad(+105) as the kicker(with mayweather wins 12 rd decision vs mosely) getting 2-1.....could hedge as it stands right now...honestly thought the odds would move towards the more high profile "woofer "rampage....but that hasn`t been the case thus far....

edit...hedged with jackson-105

and as i said in another thread(and was chastised for),i took miller +160 vs bisping.....

edit...bisping by decision offered at +180 at 5 dimes...nice hedge opportunity...i think bisping plays it relatively safe boxing-wise...to minimize the chance of ending up pn his back....miller `s a tough nut...i don`t foresee him getting stopped...

two small hedged wagers for this card.....don`t want to throw the last several weeks down a rathole by taking chances on this horseshit card...

i think i will watch ufc 113 instead. Terrible card. Who the fuk wants to watch Bisping and Miller go at it let alone make it look like it is a main event? I saw an interview with Bisping and he is spoutin off about his boxin again. Is this guy serious? Talking about his power. Can someone give him some tapes of himself?

I think this weekend is big for non-mma types like myself because of the Rampage/Evans feud on ultimate fighter.

first time in a while that am looking forward to an MMA match.....

Yep.....the Rampage/Rashad main event makes the card great, will be worth it just to see these two go at it. The 48 hours before the fight should be good. Nothing better then watching two guys that hate one another:SIB

I'm watching the first Countdown show and Quinton says "You know when you're a kid and it's Christmas Eve and you can't wait to go to sleep so you can wake up and open up some presents? I feel like it is Christmas Eve and I can't wait to go to sleep so I can wake up and open up Rashad's face." :mj07: :mj07: :mj07:

I love Rampage. Not as much as Kick loves this GSP, and not nearly as much as Nole loves Ponch, but the guy makes me laugh.....

Not the best card but really looking forward to Evans/Jackson.

So far have bets on

Evans. Speed and takedowns win this fight

Kim. Ok he has been injured but I think he can take Amir down

Lil Nog: Just far better fighter

This is a tough card for me. I went from thinking I would play big on Page to thinking Evans is the smart play.

I want to see Page at the weigh ins. I'm worried the lay off will be too long for him. The speed factor is something I can't get out of my head. If Page can't hit Evans then I think he will KO him but the way Evans like to move in and out makes me think he won't get hit too often.

After watching Silva catch Rashard im kinda down on Rashard now. I think Page eventually catches him but like you i like to see the weigh in first. Love to know what Page is weighing right now.

two very different styles....wondering how rampage`s takedown defense hold up vs a primo wrestler.....

people mention dan henderson, but that`s apples and oranges...i seriously doubt that jake shields would be able to dominate evans on the ground like he did hendo....

didn`t griiffin keep rampage pinned for practically one whole round?....rampage is strong on top...not so much on the bottom...

and the kicks.....if i were evans, whatever time is spent on their feet,i`d be kicking the shit out of jackson`s front leg....

i think he laid there for four minutes resting his knee. Forrest didn't land a finger nail those four minutes. why get up when u can't stand on ur knee?

shows that jackson has some serious holes in his game...can`t defend kicks...and can`t get off his back...vs a non -wrestler...

btw...evans k.o.`ed griffin...and rampage "rested" his way to losing a u.d. to griffin...

the griffin fight was the blueprint for beating jackson...and evans can do exactly what griffin did..probably better...

he`s not as good at intimidation or woofing,
but personally,i have to lean to the quicker, more complete fighter....

but that`s me...

Yeah, I think Evans is more complete but the problem is he doesn't use his wrestling at all. I don't think he can hurt Page with Kicks like Forrest did. I can't remember anyone else doing that to Page. It's almost like Forrest knew he had an injury and couldn't do anything about it. Either that or Page didn't worry about the leg kicks and by the time he decided he needed to check them it was too late.

The only reason I'm not on Evans yet is because I think Rampages striking is far better than Evans.

I've lost a ton of money betting against Evans(the Liddell fight is still hurting my bankroll) so take anything I say for or against him with a grain of salt.

Record since start of 09 33-22 +35.76 units

Opinions 2-4 +.80(always .5 unit plays)

Kim +120 2units

I like Amir but I don't think he has the all around game he's going to need to beat Kim.

he didn`t have an injury until around the 5th kick...lol...i rmember silva doing alot of kicking vs rampage in pride...

griffin used his feet vs jackson...not just to kick...but to get in and out...i believe that evans is quicker than griffin...and a much, much more prolific striker....

the ufc is a little more evolved than the old pride was...pride was about violence(kicking guys on the ground/muay thai etc) and great jits.......

no doubt jackson can win.....maybe evans stands in the pocket with jackson like eastman, liddell, henderson, silva and jardine did....but i think he`s smarter than that...

i honestly think jackson`s much slower of hand and foot... and it`s only 3 rounds...i think that favors evans....

but that`s me...

I am a Rampage fan, but I think this fight is Evans to lose.
If he fights smart then he should be able to win this. If he fights out of hatred then Rampage has a good chance.

I am not sold on the hatred between the two. It seems a little WWE-ish.
And what was that door made of on TUF that Rampage destroyed?Cardboard?
I mean come on that seemed gimmicky to me. I think Baroni could have torn that thing up.
