couture looked soooo small at the weigh-in.....

i know the books are sweating the potentially thousands of gsp/aldo/machida parlays.......

can one guy screw the pooch?....

I thought Couture looked like shit at the weigh in

not only small - weak

agree brother...the only thing that worries me is that fact that since his controversial decision over rua, machida has been persona-non-grata in the mma world....

it was as if he pissed on mother theresa....he got jobbed vs rampage(imo...not trolling for an argument)....and he gets booed now for no apparent reason....and it`s no secret that dana`s not exactly a machida fan...

so,being that this is the couture retirement tour,if randy can hug machida along the fence(ala rampage)...maybe take him down once or twice(or land a few of spongy`s favorite techniques, the deaded foot stomp),it might not matter how many strikes machida lands...

couture will get every benefit of the doubt if this goes to decision...

Hey guys what's up?

Got myself a little MMA action on this big night.

I'm starting to get to know some of these guys.

I've got St. Pierre and Aldo parlayed sizeable to come thru at about +150 - with some boxing wagers that worked. Gotta like my chances with these two. Gotta go with St. Pierre until he loses. I don't think Shields, while good, is the guy to do it. Not in Toronto on this night.

Aldo I just see as a destroyer. I've seen him a couple times and have been more than impressed. Hominick I've seen. He's a nice little fighter, but I can't see him hanging with Aldo for too too long. Also got some of Aldo ITD @ -190.

I've got a smallish wager on Couture to upset Machida. Machida seems to be slipping, and Couture you just can't count out. +280 worth the risk.

Also tiny wagers on R.McDonald and R. Jensen.

Good luck guys!

Taking a flyer with the Athlete to win sub of the night at +700. I don't see many other fights ending in a sub, plus i think they give it to Macdonald if he gets anything decent becuse they feel bad for him.

Yeah, Shields can get it done..., er nope, not happening tonight, IMO. Might be adding a fairly large parlay with those 3 before I'm through betting this card....and that would be book, wouldn't it, Wease? I know there are plenty of other books that are non-sponsors here, but many books don't even post MMA odds much less let you parlay them....

you`re probably right....i only know of one book that serves the american betting public that takes so many parlay variables...i believe some of the euro books offer some nice stuff, that that doesn`t help us much...

joining the machida itd train at -121....

took the gsp/aldo/machida parlay early on at even money(-400/-430/-340)...

jensen quickest tko at +1500 small/macdonald quickest sub small(+600)...based on jensen`s history of finishing early or getting finished himself...wish there were more "basic" parlays on this fi

wanted to take r.mcdonald -110......hoping he could lay n` pray lil diaz....strong grapplers give diaz problems...the worry is that macdonald might have cardio issues...he has no decisions...and i don`t see him finishing diaz...

hominick/aldo fotn award winner...+450...those odds are low,imo...somebody at 5 dimes thinks also thinks this is a possibility...

took ellenberger-170...considering a buyout....
