What a sweet card! Lots of parlay options here I think.
Werdum vs Miocic - I think Werdum has more ways to win, and Stipe needs to maintain his presumed gameplan of staying outside and moving for 25 minutes to have a chance to win via decision. Also there's the Brazilian judges and a possibility of a screw-job here. I'll be content to watch, but not be surprised by any victor.
Souza vs Belfort - Souza has more ways to win, but Belfort KO R1 looks like a good prop as it's likely his only way to win. Jacare hasn't exactly been impressive, but more ways to win. Be nice to see this one on the mats though for a BJJ enthusiast...
Rua vs Anderson - Anderson struggled vs Lawlor, but has a pretty high ceiling IMO. Shogun is getting older and I ran across a statistic that in Shogun's losses, he's failed in Rd. 3 40 percent of the time. Bet: Corey Anderson wins in round three +1200 0.5/6
Cummins vs Antonio Rogerio Nogueira - Cummins is quietly one of the best athletes in the roster. I think he's able to avoid Nog's boxing and take him down pretty quickly. Probably a lay and pray victory, but putting Cummins in a parlay as these two fighters are trending in opposite directions and Cummins line is pretty fair -250.
Brown vs Maia - Brown is the man, but stylistically, this is not a good fight for him. Maia is not going to be in a war, and Brown's TDD is not up to snuff for Maia. This may be a boring fight for some, but Maia is going to have his way with Brown on the ground, with Brown's only real threat being GnP from in Maia's guard. If that happens, Maia likely sweeps and takes back. They both have great cardio, so putting Maia in parlay with his line of -360.
Marquardt vs Thiago Santos - really a play against Marquardt here as his chin is clearly gone and he has to finish Santos to win. I don't see him being athletic enough to grind a decision in Brazil out. Santos in parlay -350.
Justino vs Smith - Like to see Justino make weight at 139! Damn she looked shredded. Not much value in the props on this one as it's pretty obvious Justino will smash, and will probably be boosted by her adrenaline fighting in home country. Smith is tough as hell, so maybe a tiny little prop on R2 starting, but I'm not sure there's enough value.
Alves vs Barbarena - since the Silva/Hall fight, this one moves to the opening of the PPV.. bleh. Alves has best guillotine in MMA I believe and Barbarena was probably given this after his win vs Northcutt. Alves is way too athletic for Bryan and will probably just smash.
Chagas vs Moraes - Never heard of Chagas but apparently he does well in the Brazilian minor leagues. Moraes has lights-out BJJ. Will be excited about watching this one.
Medeiros vs Trinaldo - Trinaldo does everything Medeiros does well, better. Trinaldo on a roll here, but I'd rather have him as a dog vs a favorite. Passing here.
Carneiro vs Tukhugov - I think if you wanna see a Brazilian judge screw-job, you just might get it if you're on Carneiro. I don't know either of these guys, but the line suggests a close fight and beware!
Lineker vs Font - Looking for this to be FOTN, and with Lineker's style, he's one of those fighters I don't like to bet much, Font is athletic as hell, so passing here and happy to watch and enjoy the fight.
TLDR:
Anderson in R3 +1200 0.5/6
Maia/Santos/Cummins +130 2/2.6
Good luck guys!!!
