I'm just confused on what 3 rounds Conor won?

I thought Diaz should've got a 10-8 in the 3rd, and he clearly won the 2nd, so why wasn't this 47-47?

Connor won the 1st and 2nd and I saw the 5th as a win by him too, regardless of the takedown at the end by Nate.
Figured that the moronic judges would have scored the 5th for Nate with that takedown thus my thinking he wins by a majority decision.
You can argue this for both men and you can't really mount an effective argument against it.

at absolute worst it was a draw.

http://mmadecisions.com/decision/7244/Conor-McGregor-vs-Nate-Diaz

And I'll say it again, Conor should be ashamed of himself, fucking pathetic to make millions and talk about how amazing you are and you get tired after 7 minutes. Diaz had no leg and could never hit with any power, and Conor gets tired and let's Diaz came back.

Oh and I'll repeat it, Nate Diaz is not a top MMA fighter, he's nowhere close to Top 7 at 155, and not close to top 10 at 170.

And for what it's worth if I was scoring the fight I would have had it a draw at 47-47, but have no problem with 48-47 Conor.

I have zero interest in seeing the third fight......Conor lost his cardio after 7 minutes which is fucking pathetic. Nate Diaz isn't very good by the way, just thought I'd point that out.

Conor got the win, barely, but hey a win is a win.

If Conor had cardio he would have easily won that fight.

Conor is massively over-rated and Nate Diaz isn't that good, with that said, the fight was entertaining.

The fraud got tired after 7 minutes, 7 fucking minutes and he got tired. Props for him getting the win, but he was lucky as fuck to escape. Any decent fighter would have rolled Diaz in three rounds, but Conor gassed.

If you think Conor is a Top 10 pound for pound fighter then you need to lay down the crack pipe.

Be real, he should have rolled Diaz, then he gassed and that was it, the battle was on.

Oh and my mother has more power then Nate Diaz.

Entertaining fight though.

Conor has had one great win, yes...one.

I don't need to read an article to formulate an opinion of the fight, but thanks.

I also don't need to know what you think of each fighter to formulate an opinion either, but thanks.

Based on having no vested interest, and based on being a lifelong fan, I just don't see 3 rounds Conor won. I think Nate clearly won the 3rd in a 10-8 round. I think Nate definitely won the 2nd round, and while the 5th was close, Nate was the aggressor, landed the most shots, and got the takedown.

In a nut shell, AT BEST- I see it 10-9, 9-10, 8-10, 10-9, 10-10

I'd like to see those fight metrics because at one point, Nate had landed like 40 more strikes than Conor.

Umm dude, that fight was nothing, pretty tame by MMA standards.

It is a fight by the way.

Love boxing but that was the first UFC fight I have ever watched...Yes I know its a fight.

Looks like all 3 judges had the 5th round to Diaz, all 3 also had the 2nd go to Conor.

So basically the 2nd round was the deciding round. I though Diaz clearly won that round lol

Well for your 1st ever MMA fight, that was a good one to watch.

And yes good idea not to watch again, I don't think you'd like the leg breaks and arm breaks.

Then you should know you bleed like a stuck pig from a cut on the head. Means absolutely nothing. Other than the stinging and the lack of vision you have when blood gets in your eyes. Nothing barbaric at all about a cut on the scalp line. Lots of blood? Yes. But a fighter is in no danger from cuts like that. Occasionally they will stop a fight due to cuts but that's usually due to the fighter being gassed or being clearly beaten when the cuts happen. That was clearly not the case tonight with Diaz and him bleeding badly.

True....but was just pointing out if Conor had any cardio at all the fight would not have gone to the judges. I thought both guys showed heart, but not impressed at all with either of them.

I mean fucking pathetic to talk the talk Conor talks and get the money Conor gets and he gets tired after 7 minutes, pathetic.

I could see Diaz getting that round, but he didn't clearly win that round in my eyes. It is what it is. That was a great fight to watch and the third one will be entertaining as well.

I thought it was a good fight based on the hype. If it were 2 prelim guys who fought the last 2 rounds the way they did, we probably wouldn't even be talking about it lol

You are correct.

Just as I said, neither guys impressed me (except for their heart).

In the next year Conor will be totally exposed, just watch. Bank on that, could easily see Conor lose three in a row. He better enjoy the 4 million he made from this fight because he has been exposed and will get totally exposed in the upcoming year.

Huge props to him for marketing himself, huge props to him for beating Aldo, but he's done now, 1 year from now just watch where Conor is.

And by the way Nate Diaz isn't close to Top 30 pound for pound, hell Top 40:mj07:

And Conor and Nate will get a bonus:facepalm::facepalm::facepalm:
