Who gives a Fuck how shitty the card is as long as we make some dough :scared

The WEC card had some cracking fights but I still Fukin hated it as I was 1 win 5 losses :mj07:

:toast:

Truer words have NEVER been spoken.
I don't care if every fight ends in 30 seconds, as long as I am on the winning side.
:mj07:

I love betting on Maia. This dude hasn't made me sweat once yet.

All these damn 3 round split decisions drive me INSANE in MMA. Most accounts I have read suggest the madjackers should have won money on Cardella the other night. I don't care if it was a great fight, we all got screwed!

I hold my breath almost every time a fight goes the distance. MMA is much more difficult to judge than boxing, IMO.

Great point Wee, MMA is getting more difficult to bet however because the competition is getting better. Got to have balls to fight and also got to have balls to bet on a sport that can end with one nice hook. (or looping unorthodox right in Jardines case) I kind of hope he knocks out Rampage just to see it be done.

i suspect that jardine is gonna struggle his arse off vs rampage....

he seems to do well vs a more patient "finesse-style" fighter(vera/griffin/liddell) and gets stoned by bigger, stronger or more aggressive guys(alexander/wandy...and even bonnar`s more size and power than finesse)....

i like rampage here(if his head`s on straight...and i think after exorcising the ghost of wanderlei,he should be mentally sharp and confident)...

one thing that jardine can do to even the odds a bit would be to throw alot of leg kicks ala griffin....that really took jackson out of his game...

Jardine is gonna kick the shit out of Jackson's legs, and shoot when Rampage closes the distance..

Greg Jackson just called me to help develop a gameplan for Jardine, and that's what we decided on.

I predict a big fat UPSET decision win for Jardine.. after all, he is the quintessential SPOILER of the UFC.

Jardine odds look mighty tasty......and you know he won't be intimidated...Not a good idea to go against Greg Jackson, guy is a smart smart dude. Jardine has some quality wins that's for sure:SIB

Cmon Kick, i would think anyone that saw the Rampage/ Forrest match and the Lidell/ Jardine match has this on their mind if they bet Rampage. Not knocking Weasel but im sure this is what most people are concerned with and if not they must have just started watching MMa last week.:142smilie Jardine isn't fighting a club fighter like Lidell and Forrest. He is fighting a guy with better boxing skills with power. I don't think Rampage is the best skilled boxer out there but he is better then Lidell and Forrest. He knocks out Jardine and then he gets knocked out by Evans. Then we get Machida and Evans

For such a "crappy card" we sure are getting a lot of discussion now aren't we...sorry couldn't resist:142smilie

And don't dismiss the whole "leg kicks" thing, Jardine is one of the few that uses those kicks regularly and effectively. Why more guys don't use leg kicks is beyond me:shrug:

Anyway......the "Picks Thread" is up

Jayson Day at sweet sweet odds is the play boys....yuppers that's the play:)

Although i do think Jardine has a shot at the upset, i'm not gonna play him..

I mean he is a legendary SPOILER, but when you have recent losses to W. Silva via attempted murder/rape choke and to Houston Alexander via animal attack...??! That's not somebody i can put much faith in.

Then again, Wanderlei almost committed murder against Rampage in their first two fights.

Jardine is definitely enticing with those odds.....he seems to be able to beat guys "he shouldn't" and lose to guys "he should not". If those leg kicks hit the mark he could upset Quinton.

Lots of underdogs with good shots to win.....but everybody knows I love the doggies:)

Jackson made the necessary adjustments against Forrest after he got hit with those leg kicks and i don't think he got hit with one again after the one that brought him down. Save ur money Jackson by knockout.

I really don't understand the hate with this card, I actually think it has FINISH after FINISH written all over it. That Brown and Sell fight is going to be better than people think.

Ryan Madigan went to the same HS as I did, as I've mentioned in a previous topic. He's a well rounded fighter, and I'll really be rooting for him.

I'm also interested to see how Nelson does as I liked how he fought on the show.

some great fights with Carwin/Gonzaga, Jardine/Rampage...I think people jump on rampage way too much. Sooo overrated. Good fighter, but not great.
