JK, you guys have a great time. These are some pretty damn good fights to be going to. The crowd should be good and loud.

And the last thing. Condit hasn't faced better competition. Quantity of fights doesn't make for quality. The fact is he's been fighting guys that weren't good enough to make the UFC. The last really good guy he face was three years ago and he lost to Jake Shields. Since then who has he fought that was good? Brock Larson, I don't see him on the same level as the guys that Kampmann has been fighting that are in the UFC and in a bigger weight class at that.

I think Shields, Larson, Alessio, Miura, and Trigg are all better than the who's who of nobodies that Kampmann has fought, other than Marquardt and a very green Leites... but like u said, Martin is at a new weight class now.

On paper I feel Condit is more skilled.. I know Kampmann was a kickboxing champion, but I dont see him beating up Condit who has vicious kicks, good head movement, and years of training in a kickboxing-based gym under his belt.

All that said, I feel like Condit is physically weak for a welterweight, and Kampmann is pretty strong. Also, Condit hasnt really shown that he has overwhelming power. He'll probably end up on his back again, and the fight will be decided there.

Earlier i was thinking Condit, but now i dont feel confident. After all, I'm a little biased towards Condit, and, perhaps wrongfully, dont think all that much of Kampmann.

Good news is we dont have to wait much longer for this fight. :D :box2:

GL ALL :toast:

p.s. Dawgball, have a good time, but dont try and climb the cage or any of that nonsense...

Raw, I'll give you Shields on that list and maybe Trigg "if" he doesn't have to fight someone with BJJ but all in all that's not very good comp. Trigg couldn't make it in the UFC and everyone else beside Shields couldn't either. At least the guys Kampmann has face have made it in the UFC and at a higher weight class at that.

Well im going with Cole Miller 300 to win 200.

As far as the Condit fight? I couldn't agree more with what some said about his first fight in the UFC. Seems these WEC guys don't do to well the first time in this big spotlight. I will pass on this one.

Im a little worried about a bad decision with Cole but i see Browing getting subbed in round three. Nobody has better hands then Stevens in this division and Cole did pretty well with it because of his reach advantage. I think the reach advantage will give Browning all kinds of problems unless he changes levels and bangs at the body. All in all this looks like a very nice card. Not quite Affliction but its free. Thena gain who puts out better cards then Affliction?

Larson coming back tonight... He's 24-2, 1-1 in the UFC w/ only loss to Jon Fitch.

Larson is mad tough. C'mon, give me Larson, too. :)

"the bunker"
putting a little on junie.....i`m stickin` with what i said earlier in the thread....browning can win this.....if his head`s on staraight and he stays disciplined...

miller is a decent fighter...but infinitely beatable...

the problem is that browning will have to stay alert for the full 15 minutes(and i don`t blame anybody for doubting he can do that).......he can`t have a brainfart late like gurgle did....

chancy play..i think he`s talented...but,the guy is obviously scatteshot mentally....

a roll of the dice at +135...small....

have griffin(like every other swinging dick) in a par(w/anderson silva and cain velasquez)........

lots of future ufc parlay fodder lined and available (at least at 5 dimes)....

i was looking really hard at stephens +160(puncher`s chance) and catone(now he`s the fave:mj1: )....

but, unless the lines change, probably not going there....

expect bader to handle marrero...

TIM MCKENZIE VS. AARON SIMPSON

Round 1 - After a touch of gloves, we're underway. Simpson gets the better of an early exchange from the clinch and then scoops up McKenzie and takes him to the mat. Simpson stands to deliver some leg kicks and then drops down to pound two quick rights. McKenzie, though, gets back to his feet. McKenzie lands a right, but in the next exchange, he's floored with a looping right from Simpson. Simpson dives in for the kill and lands additional punches, avoids a leg lock and then continues the assault. Referee Mario Yamasaki has finally seen enough and halts the bout. Aaron Simpson def. Tim McKenzie via TKO (strikes) - Round 1, 1:40.

ill be honest here i don't know anything about Baders opponent but to lay those big odds on a guy who got lucky with a wild wild wild punch to win the tuff contest is way way way to rich for my blood.
