Here is some of the card.... more guys from this season of the show will be added, of course...

Dante Rivera vs. Matthew Riddle (from the show)

Diego Sanchez vs. Luigi Fioravanti
Spencer Fisher vs. Jeremy Stevens
Josh Burkman vs. Dustin Hazelett
Marvin Eastman vs. Drew McFedries
Evan Tanner vs. Kendall Grove
Jeremy Horn vs. Dean Lister

Didnt follow the show regularly this season, but some pretty good matches on the card as far as the UFC veterans go.... talk about some live dogs, u got 'em.... not BIG dogs, but live ones nonetheless....

I think Dean takes him as well.
I have not seen any odds yet,but I like Diego,Spencer,Josh,Mcfedries,and Grove.

Will look into further after the Saturday card.
One card at a time my friend.

ooohhhh... bad kegray :nono:... cant afford to wait.... three of those guys odds have continued to worsen in my book... McFedries, Diego, and Grove.. Grove opened at +195 and down to +165.

Dean did, too.... got him as line opened at +125 and has now fallen to +110...

I'm with you on this one Brother. I jumped on those odds as soon as they came out. Horn beat Lister a few years ago but he has taken a few bad beatings since then.
I think Horn had too many fights at a young age.

Im glad ur with me.... Lister lost that decision to Horn a while back, but is ever-improving his MMA skills and Horn is on the decline.. Lister always looking to improve his game and I hope he has a good night..

No doubt this will be a slugfest... both have good chins as well.. Stevens is a live one at +180, but no play for me.. this fight is close to a coin flip in my opinion..

Im w/ ya, this one has gotta be on TV... GOTTA.

The UFC website lists this fight a match on tv along with Diego and the Tanner/Grove main event.
All others listed as dark right now.

I think Fisher gets him with experience but i wonder about Fishers power. he hits ya a lot but i never see him knock anyone out. Stevens is a strong little fuker. he gets caught in submissions every fight but seems to power his way out of them.

Cool.. yea i think i read Tanner/Grove and Diego/Luigi would be co-main events... still surprised they put Tanner/Grove on TV after Tanner looked so bad in his comeback fight.. and Grove has struggled lately getting KOd in the first round of his last two fights.. oh well..

Im sure theyll throw in Eastman/McFedries b/c NO WAY that goes to a decision..

Yea.... Stevens is a tough dude..

...and Fisher has always been a tough read for me.... Hes 20-4 with 11 wins coming by KO/TKO (two in the UFC, but not against top guys)... hes got a granite jaw & has been KOd only once in his career (Hermes Franca).... i think this could be another drawn out battle like Fisher's fights w/ Sam Stout....

Stevens could be worth a small play, but Fisher is like a roach that wont die in the cage.. especially when it comes to striking wars which i definitely expect this one to be..

:shrug:

I wish I could dig up that flying knee KO that Fisher had against Matt Wiman.... i never got to see that.. :(

i was gonna say the same thing......i`m not a lister fan....he`s so one dimensional....but horn?......i`m still trying to figure out how he beat all those names...

he could be the most feeble looking mma fighter i`ve ever seen...he makes richard simmons look like the "marlboro man"..he`s the reincarnation of "gumby".....

what happened to this guy?...he just dropped off the face of the mma world...

he`ll have real trouble submitting lister...or out-wrestling him,imo...

not a big play..or a confident play...he`s still beaten guys like prangley and sonnen recently and i think they`re right around lister`s level...sonnen maybe a little better now...

I think Lister vs Horn will come down to conditioning. Niether seems to have a gas tank lately. Horn has the miles on him but he still has better standup.. If Horn isnt ther to simply collect a paycheck, I think he can rough up lister and grab a decision. Got to ask Dana who he likes so I know who to bet. Heart tells me Horn, brain tells me Lister.
