Special guest in Woz's box.

Donald Trump.

I was kind of hoping for Hugh Hefner with an announcement to follow. :brows:

Gotta hand it to trump though.
He knows a hot piece of ass when he sees it.

I think Soderling had been listening to all the "can't play in the wind" talk. He seems a little pissed off. He is ready to play Fed. Fuck the wind says Soderling:box2:

If Nadal wins here, it would be HISTORIC because...

It would be the very first time he manages to beat a top 10 player at the US Open!!!

BUT even then, you could apply an asterisk beside the Wikipedia entry -

* please note that the player in question is Fernando Verdasco, aka Nadal's lapdog....

youhzny v warinka is the most pathetic display of top mens tennis ive seen in a while.

it's like no one told them the match started and it's warm up rallies for 2 hours. brutal. and youhzny should never hit another backhand in his life....it's that bad.

they can't set a line high enough for nadal over either one of these jokers

I have always thought Youzny is youzless for the most part, but the wind is really altering play and the backhand can't cut into that wind like it should.

Wawrinka is one athletic dude for being so stocky.

Not sure what match Bleed is watching:shrug:

the same boring one you are with two incredibly boring players with zero emotion and very poor ability to hit winners. the one with 63 unforced errors through 2 sets. i get that its windy and love elite mens tennis, but this is pretty boring. either one of these guys will get annihilated by nadal and it will be an incredibly boring semi.

at least if youhzny bloodied his face with his raquet again then i could get excited.

tears may be a bit extreme, but how bout some consistent winners....how about a "come on". How about a fight with the ref.

chit, i'll even take a roddick complimenting every opponents winner of his which he doesn't do so much of anymore.

imo just because a match is close and the opponents are evenly matched doesn't make it a good or exciting match.

the wind has fucked the entire tournament. wawrinka is about the same as he has been, youzhny seems lethargic or uninterested, sort of post-coital groggy. who knows. i think there's a spark there, but it better ignite soon or he and a lot of my money are gone.
