Muhr is it me or do you think this Conduit fight was a little one sided the way it was officiated?
i thought the stoppage was iffy when compared to earlier sequences, but i can't think of much to quarrel with the ref over. what calls are you thinking of?
i think if that goes one more round,we`d have had a new champion....
i don`t know how miura missed all those heavy shots inside....any one lands,and condit goes home on his shield....
that guy was so tough...so strong.....f-cking records...
i realized he`d been in with bigger guys,but,i figured as hot as condit was.... with the height and the reach....he`d do to this guy what he`d done to other strong guys like brock larson.....
theres a natural...larson vs miura....two bulls...
i`m exhausted...that was an amazing fight...miura wins,and i feel just fine with it.....
it`s almost ashamed that a guy that puts out like that has to lose...
btw...what happened to kickserv?...

I agree with GW.....one more round and I think Condit might have lost....huge props to Miura...what a battler that dude is:scared

Herb Dean...another quick stoppage in the Miller fight....Herb....he loves to do that doesn't he! Those refs have a tough job, but that Herb he loves quick stoppges!
I am a big Mir fan....but calling Condit #2 in the division is well......WRONG.....think he might have Condit a tad high:mj07:

alright, now that my head is cleared a little, some of those stand ups by the ref while miura was on top were too quick.
I didn't catch the first round but it seemed like everytime Miura got on top it was like he wasn't allowed to stay to long before the refs told him to work. I thought he was working. I thought the last time the ref made him get off, Muira was pissed off. Just my opinion. I had no dog in the hunt

I agree as well. I had no money on this card but I was screaming at the TV everytime Miura would get stood up while being active.
What the Fuk does improve your position mean.
If you are posturing up and hitting your opponent with shots, why should you need to improve your position.
Miura does all that hard work getting Carlos to the ground with great Judo throws and sweeps, just in time for the ref to Fuk him over.
I really wish MMA would go back to UFC 1, when the refs had no control over stand ups or stoppages.
It has to be better than the horseshit we get on every card these day's.
