WEC 47 Bowles vs Cruz 3/6/10

I just bought tickets when I saw Bowles is defending his title and Migel Torres makes his comeback against Joseph Benavidez. Got 2 tickets for floor seats. I am not a guy that likes to go to live events, but I figured this could be a cool a experience.

This is gonna be an exciting night of fights. Have fun.

Bowles and Cruz are the two best fighters at 135 in the world. Benavidez is a stud.

Ive been to two UFCs now (88 &107), and it's not just about the fights.... make a weekend out of it and go to the weigh-ins, maybe stalk some fighters (90% of the guys are super cool), and drink lots.. good times.

Do you go to all of the Prelims? I'm wondering what time to show up since I don't want to be dying by the end. I think there are some primo match ups and paying $130 for a floor seat seems like a good deal.

Wow $130 for floor seats is a great deal. It really is important to sit close to the action at MMA events. At UFC 88 I sat in the upper deck and i'll never do that again.. i would rather watch it at home.

Yea I went to all the prelims both times.. Next time I go I may stroll in a little later, that way i'll feel a little less drained by the time the main card starts.

Not for this one but i have thought about us all getting together one of these cards (im sure others have also)in Vegas someday, and have a blast watching one. Oh sorry about that hunch. Books lost almost everything at 1 but got it all back at 4. I had some Oakland ML as well as the game and when i saw that big pantload come into the game i knew i was done with the money line part. Heck even the Balt coach tried to help out kicking that long FGoal with 3 minutes left.

I think an MMA get together in LV would be as cool an experience as MadJacks has ever coordinated.

Don't worry about the tip gone bad. The Giants have been an embarrassment the last couple weeks.
