And that wasn't the owner, that was the Vice President who is the owners son. Dana White gets a lot of crap, but he actually knows what he's talking about. The dudes at Elite-XC are morons.

Well i know he is high up and i know one thing about the guy is that i hope he never post here cause that fuker won't shut the hell up. Kick did you hear him answering questions?:mj07: Every answer was ten minutes long and the only way to stop him was cut him off:mj07: My goodness i love to see you try to ban that gabber here. He would be pulling his hair out waiting for the hour to elapse. Nobody would be able to get their post in.

Spencer Fisher would destroy Faber. Fisher gets better every time i watch him and his only problem is he cuts easily. Im sad to say this but my favorite MMA fighter Jeremy Stevens is in a world of trouble because he fights Fisher next and im not to sure he is ready for him The standup in this fight will be awesome. In my opinion this is main event status but most guys don't know much about Stevens

You clearly didnt see Fisher's last fight.... Frankie Edgar threw Spencer Fisher around like a ragdoll... absolutely dominated him. Fisher looked like a 7th grade wrestler against Frankie Edgar. I would have broken down in tears if i looked that bad on tv.

I saw the fight and it wasn't that one sided. Edgar is also a very good fighter. Fishers stand up was just as good as Edgars and Edgars is pretty dam good. Edgar was saved in that fight because he got that granite like jaw.

Spencer Fisher is a good standup fighter... but a total of about two minutes was spent striking in that fight.
After watching a very small 155er (Edgar) take down Fisher at least ten times u cant feel like Fisher would destroy Faber.. :SIB

And Fisher and Pulver r training partners w/ very similar styles.. both r Miletich fighters thru and thru..

Another fight or two we will be talking about Pulver like we do about Shamrock and Baroni.:SIB By the way Raw i won this debate so lets move on:mj07: Nah i really respect Pulver but to me he looked incredible slow last night and i thought the same thing when he fought BJ. I think this so called knockout power has gone to his head.

I WON, I WON !!!

:mj07: :mj07: :mj07:

I think there should be a lightweight Grand Prix and throw Faber in the mix !!!

Whats the prize? Winner gets beat up by BJ Penn :142smilie

I agree with Sponge about Pulver's speed. Pulver looked like he had the nervous system of an 80 year old man. Granted he's facing a faster opponent, but when he had opportunity to strike, for example, knees in the clinch, by the time that information reached his brain, he was already 1 or 2 seconds too late. Pulver is lucky Faber can't hit hard or else he would of been sparked very early in the fight. That's about the only negative for Faber though, his standup is not powerful.

No doubt Pulver looked slow.... I think Faber's right when he said 'somewhere along the way Jens reached a point where he stopped evolving as a fighter...'

He always seems to just wanna swing that left hand..... Not enough against top-tier fighters like Gomi, Faber, Penn... u just need a more well-rounded game to even contend against those guys.

When did Faber say this Raw? Before or after the fight? I agree with him 100 percent.

Before.... pretty sure it was on the WEC Preview show that they played on VERSUS a few times leading up to the fight.. or on WEC's website: wec.tv

Funny that Cub Swanson said something similar b4 he got choked out by Jens in about 20 seconds.. :mj07:

It definitely showed in his fight w/ Faber, though.. Jens just refuses to change his gameplan when someone is getting the better of him in the standup..
