Be very aware when you are on long hauls to stop often and get out of truck.
My son was a long haul driver and was told he had to be somewhere at a certain time, so he drove straight there, no stops or rest. Next day he got real sick and had to stop at a medical clinic. Anyway his boss flew out to him in a little place in Arizona and flew him home. We got him to a hospital and he had had a Pulmonary Embolism. He could have died. This was 1998. He was on workmens comp for a few years, but those blood clots are still in his legs and he has to be on blood thinners rest of life. He is now retired on s.s.disability.
Anyway, just be careful, don't let this happen to you.:nono:
