LOL

LOL

That's a recent pic and I look great in it, yours is not so I'm sure you're much bigger. I'm 6'2 and underweight, not overweight like you most obviously are. You should go on a diet, have you tried weight watchers?

Could always try something more extreme to like starving yourself. You definitely should.

Obesity is a huge problem in the USA and leads to premature deaths, high blood pressure, cardiovascular problems, and overall poor health. You should definitely do something about it soon.

Just trying to help you out you disgusting fat pig.

I could lose some weight; spend some money on dumbbells or weight watchers, but I think it'd be better to spend my money on getting some corrective eye surgery so I could get kneifl vision.

I'd like to look at pictures of myself muffining out of elastic shorts with a shirt untucked and still think I look great. At least you covered up your expanding forehead.

How difficult is filing a lien on someone? What is the threshold of proof/information? How does it play out when one sells their home? There has to be some mediator/judge that comes into play rather than just some contractors word. no? And would someone going door to door soliciting work in broken English really go this route:shrug:

anyone can get a contractors type lien and put it on a homeowner. It will fuck you up if you try to get a loan or sell the house.

the trouble is, it only goes for a year and after that most people do not renew it.

my advise would be to pay the guy for the 10 trees.

The reason he didnt cut the big one is they were not capable.

bite the bullet and get a prof company to do that one. And consider yourself lucky.

There is trouble in [kneifl's backyard]
And the creatures all have fled
As the maples scream 'Oppression!'
And the oaks just shake their heads

So the maples formed a union
And demanded equal rights
'The oaks are just too greedy
We will make them give us light'
Now there's no more oak oppression
For they passed a noble law
And the trees are all kept equal
By hatchet, axe and saw

Why would you cut down all 18 trees in your yard? Trees are beautiful, man.

Clever little poem. Live in a wooded area, there are hundreds of them just over the fence line, I don't need them in my backyard.

While they were doing the work I used a chainsaw to cut them up and make firewood because I plan on having a fire pit. We have a gate in the back from where the fence ends and it opens up to the wooded area next to a lake. I put the firewood right outside the gate. Saw over a dozen deer this weekend back there, sometimes they just stare at you and sometimes they run off. Often see foxes back there and they run around the neighborhood as well (but don't bother anyone).

It's not going to hurt anyone if I cut down a few trees and I sure as hell will do it if they're in my backyard, you would too.

Yeah, some people do like them. I want to put a big deck out there and do some landscaping and I would rather not have any trees there. The pros are they help keep the ground level and keep your house on a sturdy foundation with all of the roots. One of the big cons is the amount of leaves you end up raking up.

To tell you the truth I don't know what is required in filing a lien. I know my dad was a Credit Manager and he had to file liens against contractors all the time. I don't think it is very difficult to do.

I do know that once a lien in filed against your house you can't sell it until you settle the lien. What that requires I don't know, either.
