Even though it's saucy it still holds it shape and nothing slides off... Unlike that pizza you get at Lombardis in Manhattan. Worst fukin pizza in New York. Unless you like a soupy droopy pizza. Fukin shithole

Damn that looks excellent, especially the small chunks of crawfish. So, living in Maine, what are the total ingredients to feed 4-6, and how much is the seafood up there to make it? Just curious as compared to getting ingredients from Farmers Market here. Thanks .

Cheap to feed 4-6 as we have lots to feed here, so only buy on sale! Except when you at the coast and can buy direct from fishermen, Seafood not much cheaper here than elsewhere - regular price - but are lots of sales and markdowns due to the volume they turn over. So I wait for better price. The mussels were regular $1.79/pound (wild harvest so you had to clean the shells and do some de-bearding) and shrimp was marked down to $3.99/pound....so I make up half gallon of the broth, use 1/3 for one meal (1st course)....a few days later pollock on sale $2.99 pound, and I get more mussels...I cook these in extra broth, then toss back into storage the broth not used for serving...then week later the clams and crawdads were $2.99 a pound. I cook them in the broth to layer on even more flavor in it for the final go-around you see picture of!...that build up of flavor in the broth after each cook really makes it rich and tasty!

Do you eat the shells?

Don't eat the shells! They make a nice picture and you leave the options open to the diner how they want to eat the clams and crawdads. Some eat the clam siphon or neck, some don't...some suck the crawdad heads, some don't...

Damn Terry, now that is a great idea with using bolillo sub buns they sell at Farmers Market. Sometimes I forget easy things to make with hamburger and marinara. Thanks. Old marinara sauce from a grandma? Or just one you have picked up?

Dude, sorry that you are getting your panties in a wad because I said your pizza looked like shit. It will be OK, I promise it won't change your ordering habits whatsoever. Nor do I want to. I won't comment on shitty looking food of yours anymore. I will leave it to others. :0008
