Damn Terry, now that is a great idea with using bolillo sub buns they sell at Farmers Market. Sometimes I forget easy things to make with hamburger and marinara. Thanks. Old marinara sauce from a grandma? Or just one you have picked up?

I use a classic southern Italian recipe...the garlic I don't slice this thin!....Pastene whole tomatoes can I prefer, but Condita and Cento crushed also good...the only DOP sold here is this Pastene, which does make a superior marinara - so I usually do splurge the $5 for a can of it (regular Pastene canned is $1.79):

Blue crab and shrimp quesadilla

Lobster tacos

This place was terrible by the way. Nothing was fresh and the cheese on the lobster taco smelt like a fart. Hardly any lobster too... Ceviche was fishy, taste like a shrimp shell in the sun. Crab on the quesadilla was smelly..Just bad all around... Guacamole needed some love... I guess the Arnold Palmer was okay.

Fettuccine with sauce.. Sauce simmers for 9 hours with pork skin and rib meat with the bone. At the five hour mark the skin and meat come out and we add saut?ed garlic onions and peppers.

Chicken fried steak, but with center cut pork pounded thin.... Made cream gravy and zapped a tater, then smashed it..

here's the recipe for the all-beef meatballs. I used seasoned breadcrumbs, and still added the salt recipe calls for. Also added 1 teaspoon dried Italian herb seasoning and 1 teaspoon garlic powder...
