pt couldn't have said it better. last season, I was up a bit and wanted some help to make it that much better of a season. I spent what I had won, and then some, on three months of picks in NFL. Very first game was a GOY I believe (If not, it was a GOM), Sea +3 v. SF, or something around there. Yeah, that game. The one where TO pulled the pen from his sock. I watched in horror as Sea field goal kicker blew field goal after field goal - he missed at least two, maybe 3, I don't remember. And the officials were horrible, seriously, that isn't just me talking they were bad. Anyway, I put a bunch of money on that game thinking I had a LOCK. No such thing, Sea should have covered but didn't. So not only was I in the hole pretty big, but I had a few months of picks that I had paid good money for that didn't do me worth chit.
Lesson, exactly what pt said: follow what goes on in here, add that to your own evaluation and cap cap cap. Just like everything else, practice makes perfect. Until you're willing to put your hard earned money on the line, practice practice practice. My guess, if you're like me when I was looking for a service, you prolly aren't confident in your own picks. Nothing can be worse. Just like a batter not confident in his swing. That's ok. Practice. Hone your skills until you know you can give yourself a good chance at winning, then hit it and hit it hard.
GL to you, hope to see you around here...
