Why does the liberal press keep referring to them as "immigrants"?

The reason for this because so many pride-filled people on the right simply refuse to accept the reality that the people they voted for are not looking out for their interests.

It's much easier to be in denial and deflect blame rather than admit to being wrong about something or making a mistake.

No matter what the outcome with border security, illegal immigration, Iraq, the budget, the environment, etc - It will always somehow be the fault of the Liberals, regardless of who is in power.

No actually it is the fault of liberals, the leftist media, and liberals in conservative's coating

The Republicans are spending like leftists, treating immigration like the leftists, fighting a war like a leftist, not using any kind of profiling for border security (chorus:like a leftist), selling away our ports (like a leftist), etc. etc.

If it walks like a leftist, but sometimes (but definitely not all the time) talks like a conservative, I call it a leftist.

Face it Freeze, the conservatives have run this country into the ground. It is a shame that nothing that have done since they have been in charge has worked out for the people. But the Carlyle Group has done quite well for themselves.

Freeze - the Republicans run the government right now. They don't need (nor have they) compromised on much of anything. This is THEIR ballgame. How can you continue to hold this argument that they are controlled by the left? If that were true, then at least you would see some of the positives associated with Democrats - like better environment standards, higher minimum wage, etc. Instead, you have the exact opposite. How much truth needs to fall on your head to see this?

If your point (which it seems to be) is that everyone in government right now is a leftist, then why don't you spend more time bashing the worst offenders (like Dubya) instead of mythical media enemies and the innefectual democrats?

Wayne, you ignorant blockhead, read my post, I said the your criminal friend should have done nothing about the immigration issue, ie best solution would have probably been to have left it alone. That way grapes get picked and you and Mrs Bark can buy them at your friendly neighborhood Krogers for $.79 a pound. Prices are low. Spics are ignored. Everyone is happy in your little corner of Mitch McConnelland.

Weasel, I'm so happy you managed to work in tort reform on the immigration topic. Very nice. Surprised Wayne didn't do it as I'm sure the vast number of illegal immigrants in this country is tied into the number of frivoulous lawsuits and the increase in premiums paid by doctors in the nineties. Wayne, can we please have a link to Fox news or the Washington Review?

Morons.

Eddie

PS: The more I think about it, the immigration issue was probably created at this time as a diversionary tactic to draw attention away from the body bags returning from Iraq. By the way, how we doing capturing Osama? I think we are making about the same amount of progress on that front as OJ is on finding Nicole's killer.

Eddie,Eddie you see thru the smoke to. The 86 Reagan deal opened the doors even wider. Things Left alone at that time may have been answer. We will never know. But one thing for sure at that time they estimated 2 million were here. Since that Reagan deal we grew about 12 million more. Reagans idea was chit in the end.

Thanks DJV:

I've always had this ability to see through the smoke and mirrors of thin, irrational and illogical arguments. Whether its a trumpted up diversionary tactic to misdirect attention such as the Iraq war or the timing and creation of the issue of immigration. Just a God given talent I guess.

This administration is getting very good at creating a need and then filling it. God are people dumb.

edward...how goes it?..

.long time,no slander,my friend.......

hope that there`s been enough money in slip and fall cases in 7/11s... or that defending moonbat leftists in sanity hearings is still lucrative....

this immigration thing has you a little verklempt?...i understand...the old "if you can't argue the facts, argue the law" spiel doesn`t hold up when discussing obviously illegal conduct.....

what a mess...sen kennedy(d-seagrams) arguing that this is a "civil rights" issue...

now,the official democratically monolithic minority that you depend on.. getting their panties in a bunch ....offended because the mexicans dare equate their "struggle" for open borders and access to american largesse.... to the black civil rights struggle...

victim vs victim.....

oi vey....

maybe...when your ilk finally gets it`s wish...and we succumb to the illegal immigrants...or the radical islamist horde.....we`ll adopt an old muslim custom....

"When the criminal is executed, so are his lawyers."......

Pretty Weas, how bout you?

Ya know that tort reform crap you Attila's been spreadin around has really hit old Ed in the old pocketbook. No more just filing suit and CNA sending me a blank check with a transmittal letter saying "Just fill in the amount Mr. Haskell."

Yep, sure miss those good old days.

Don't start talking argue law/facts with me Weazy. Especially not while this administration is in power. These clowns break the law and shrug there shoulders.

I mean doesn't Mrs. Weas get upset when the Bushman listens in on her phone call to the big Ed to find out what exit we are meeting on the Garden State Parkway while your busy screwing some poor client.

I love how you put me on one side of this issue when I clearly stated there was no easy answer. Weasel, you are a master at manipulation. You accuse others of doing what you do. You win the title of Mr. the best defense is an offense award.

Your hatred of lawyers indicates to me that you must have needed them many times in your life.

Lessons never learned huh Weasel.

Love,

Eddie

Remember you east coast piece of slime, I live in the land of Boehner, Rose, McConnel, Bunning, Jean Schmidt and other right wing psychopaths. When I introduce myself to a jury and say...

"Hello, my name is Eddie Haskell and I represent the Plaintiff.... this is a personal injury lawsuit..."

Immediately, the jurors arms and legs cross, a there but for the grace of God go I look, is cast at the white 72 year old frail female Defendant and the Judge breaks out in muffled laughter as he looks at my 280 pound black 25 year old client in a neck brace whose medical history consists soley of 79 visits to the chiropractor in 3 months which began 8 months after the rear ender which the police report shows the defendant tapped my client at 3 mph, no er, no real doctor, and blown up photos showing, if you look real hard, a 1/2 inch scratch on the right rear bumper.

And this is one of my better cases.

So no, I have a hard life. I drink a lot of beer. I hate Wayne. I hate you. I hate Dr. Freeze. I hate Jack. I am bitter. I need therapy. I am getting therapy. I need a new therapist. I need a loan.

Does anyone else assume that the only company big enough to build the multi-billion $$ wall to keep out illegal aliens will be Halliburton?

I think if you took out the term "pride-filled" I would agree 100 per cent. How can any Republican/ Conservative/Neocon not see that Bush is not looking out for "our" interests?

Have to agree with you AR the reason it will not be a felony to be an illegal alien is because if that happens these people cannot vote, the ultimate goal is more votes not taking care of the current base on both sides of the fence. Needless to say I am rather disgusted with how our government is handling the country right now and (never thought I would say this) somewhat embarrassed to be a Republican.

It's not about votes!

Why would Bush care if it was about votes? What election is he preparing for? It's MONEY MONEY MONEY MONEY. How much more obvious can it be?
