Withdrawal issue

Jack, sent you an email regarding a withdrawal issue from sponsored book. Full withdrawal was deducted from my account but only half received. Was told remaining balance sent but out of his hands and could take some time. How much time is "could take some time"? Can you look into this. Thanks

I talked to Will about this. He sent your entire requested payout within 20 minutes of receiving it. If you paid by credit card PayPal will refund the credit card. He can't control how PayPal disburses the money. If you pay by credit card that amount is always refunded first. Call PayPal and ask them how long it takes? Betagame is not holding your money PayPal is.

who should I tell Paypal I am waiting for money from? The first half of my withdrawal was sent to paypal from an individual person's name and it said the second one would be sent under a different name but what name??

This was claimed to be the "second $500 sent"
It doesn't say who sent it and I was under impression Betagame didn't charge withdrawal fees either.
