Okay fellas in the game- limit instant buy with coinbase is $300 so I'm in for that, opened a poloniex account and blew my wad on DGB.
Have initiated my max limit ACH at coinbase for 5k. Unfortunately not available until Friday.
So talk to me about "storing offsite". My DGB I'm assuming are in poloniex right now- or, I at least used that exchange to transfer the BTC to DGB. How do I go about physically storing especially when I start pumping in legitimate money amounts.

I encrypted my wallet and put the password phrase in my safe.
Once I have 2000-2,5000 tokens on that USB it will go in my safety deposit box.
So you bought bitcoin today through the bank transfer method? Did you know that you are paying the bitcoin price at the time you made the transaction no matter what the price is next Friday? Hopefully it goes up for you.
You have to download each individual wallet. Some what of a pain but gets the coins off the exchange. Like T said back up the wallet with the seed phrase, password or what ever and copy to a flash drive.
Is there somewhere else other than coinbase to purchase bitcoin? I have my account set up but it only sends one verification charge to debit card when it is supposed to be sending two different charge amounts. Thanks

POLONIEX - this summer
STRAT - it's consolidating after massive gains last week. Not a bad buy in considering
LBC - I'm literally watching LBC hoping it will breakout of 15k. I'm heavy in it. It should see 10x but certainly 5x your investment.
VTC - This coin will potentially be .0015 currently .000176 "Everyone with trading experience sees the potential."
AMP - Another 10x and competitive of LBC. One will win both will profit
DBG - it's just when will this be a $1

SC - overbought but could see 25% gain this week on newb volume alone, I call them lemmings as they chase the volume increase and green arrows
EXP - @ .00129 you'll see gains this week
BITTREX - bittrex has new and upcoming coins that poloniex users dont yet have access to.
XVG - It's going to have HUGE news today. I just bought 500,000 shares. Its the next SC/DGB. I'm holding this until next year, not even thinking about selling it no matter the swings, strong hands.

Yes it locks in the buy price for whatever it is when clicked. I'm having a problem though. 3x the purchase has gone through and then been cancelled without notice or reason. . I've uploaded my ID etc.
Problem is I can't find a phone number to call for Coinbase.
There is an option for bank wire which gets there in 1 day but you have to apply and be approved for that and I've read that can take a week or two.
Are there any other options to buy more than a few hundred $$ of BTC?
