best of luck guys. when i turned 50 i started running in senior games. didn't run last year with back,knee, issues. try and jog 2 miles in afternoon if i have time; makes that first beer taste great. Texas heat has been brutal. worst drought we've had since the 50's.

Joker, I'm in the same boat partner... After 10k in two days it's time for cold beer and wings...

mile time; depends on the speed limit
goal weight; didn't really know that mattered so I will go with 229, provided of course I am playing tight end for the Bears other than that whatever doesn't make girls throw up.

mile time; I drive a F250 diesel so I would guess about 1:59 seconds if you count me loading my fat ass into the thing.

I started almost one year ago. Could barely run 1.5 miles without stopping.
last month I did a 10K in 48 minutes. Its amazing how the cardio will build quickly

Ran a couple of miles but been fighting a bug of some kind.
Tried to medicate with Krystals double cheeseburgers but might have to move to heavier medication tonight, a dozen wings for MNF.. :00hour
Hitting my normal 5K tomorrow morning.
