M J good Job of those weeds.
Nice work you guys trying to help your selfs.
THis old timer walks for a hour 6 days a week. My goal 4 miles a hour. Most days I make it. Now 67 and have had Parkinson's last 4 years. It,s what help me fight that chit. It's robbed me of my running skills and golf game. But anyway it's something how your weight changes in your life time. Graduated High School was 152. At 21, 200 and smoking. In 30 age range with a job that I had to eat out a lot weight 240. Loved Beer. Stop smoking at 41 went up to 272. Thats when I said enough with running and working weights drop back to 235. Held that till age 60. THen got back to running and walking now 217. I 'll try to hold that. It's never easy.
