I favor Chile and their likely sense of urgency. Chile needs to win today or will likely need a result vs. Spain to get through. You have to think Swiss are feeling good about themselves off the big win, and may be satisfied with a push here. S America has been dominant thus far.....

I barely missed on North Korea:mj07:

Seriously, I hope they lost players to red cards. A 7-0 loss with a full team on the field is embarrassing.....

Oh, and what a bad call on the Swiss red card in the 1H. How bad is the freakin' officiating in this tournament...

Ya gotta love getting the half point and the Ghana juice, eh, Cie? I'm betting and rooting with my heart today - probably dumb but I actually like the U.S. in this particular spot. I think the early game is key, if the U.S. can avoid giving up an early goal.

Good luck to you - nice soccer capping so far! :0074

Thanks, Chad. Actually, I mistyped. It's -155 +1/2

I am using one of my favorite ncaafb angles. fade team of ultra-emotional win in their next game, particularly if a FAV on the road. I think this qualifies as road, but is not is favorable neutral. Plus, we are unfortunately battling the referees as well.

I like the under too, and almost went that way. GL on your plays, dude

my strongest opinion in playing Ghana +0.5 during regulation is that thought alone....USA has been the most affected team by unjust refs....sadly I don't think that stops today...I know they have a better team....I'm not glad cause far from been a US 'hater' everyone would think I could be been Mexican, I would love to see them in finals rounds as part of our continent and neighbors...

btw, nice run you have CIE....keep up the good work hermano...bol with your plays....

I agree about the refs, but think our offense when motivated is giving us plenty of chances. We've scored some goals even with goals being disallowed, and I think the pressure is off a bit.

I know I'm being too loyal to the homies, but I like our chances to score, more than Ghanas. We need to score about 3 times, so we can get one goal, and win 1-0 today!

Good luck everybody!

Only got to watch the first few minutes, then listened a bit on radio. My worst fear was realized with the early goal, and from what I've heard, the announcers are (rightfully) critical of the U.S. efforts on goal opportunities. Seems they've been VERY lucky on some Ghana runs, and done very poorly on their own goal rushes thus far.

Probably lucky to only be down 1-0, right? Two goals is tough, but they've done it before, maybe not against this quality opponent tho.

Not giving up yet, but realistically, I'll give up the bet to get an overtime win for the boys.

GO USA!
