He won by just over 2m votes and didn't get 50% of the votes thanks to a voting base that blamed the wrong guy. With that huge tailwind, the guy geeked out the win. You can't be serious, but I know you are. You're blaming the global inflation crisis that started in April 2021 on Joe Biden's energy policy. Absolute lunacy. This is what happens when you get your news from pundits instead of news sources.

The world's businesses mostly shutdown during the COVID crisis of 2020.
People kept consuming.
To keep people afloat financially, government leaders (like Trump) sent everyone money to help them buy stuff while their job was on hold.
When businesses started to reopen, the inventory and supplies had been depleted.
Demand outpaced supply, and prices rose.

It's basic economics.

Under Biden the US has been the #1 oil producer in the world. Records have been set. Blaming his energy policy for the global inflation spike that started less than 90 days into his presidency is a joke.
