The point is that NO ONE in this country should be stopped for being SUSPECTED of being illegal.
How laws are written and how they are enforced are two entirely different things.

arizona just overturned the 4th amendment of the constitution?...who knew?....
the new law doesn?t give any new powers to the police in az..... it simply gives them a new duty to check on the immigration status of any person that they interview in the normal course of their work...
illegal immigrants have always faced this risk in the past, but enforcement was lax....
and the police know if they overstep they`ll be facing every shitheel lawyer /lawsuit the aclu and 'la raza" can dig up...
arizona`s in crisis mode...drugs,gangs,kidnappings,murder(of the police)....and we can?t afford a new legalized, entitled underclass(particularly this huge)....
if the entire illegal population becomes normalized they`ll be able to bring the rest of the family here(brothers,sisters,, grandma etc.)..
medical care, schools, social services & on & on....
this is not a matter of racist americans, it?s about national survival......our sovereignty...
