Looks like its pretty clear now. Texas wins out. What a flawed system, as someone in the coaches poll actually voted Texas Tech #1. What a great system we have...

Alabama/Florida winner will play Texas. If Texas were to lose then ALA/FLA would play Oklahoma.

Should be a couple good games, but this system sucks.

Texas isnt winning out. OU is ahead by 1 point in coaches poll and computers are either even or slight OU. Texas would have to completely turn around Harris poll from last week.

The difference in coaches poll is whoever voted tech No 1 - probably former OU asst Leach. What a friggin joke.

It is a joke. Correct me if I'm wrong....I'm seeing Texas as #2 in BCS today. Won't Texas just improve with a win next week in the title game, or am I missing something.

What I'm seeing, they are locked into Big 12 title game...

This week's BCS rankings aren't out yet...... Texas was #2, and are about to be screwed royally...

And note also that 2 guys voted OU No 1 over undefeated Bama. Mack Brown didnt even vote Texas No 1 which would be the difference. Anybody bashing him again as a whiner just has their heads up their ass. He is the only guy acting with integrity in this whole process.

TJ whoever is ahead in BCS poll today plays Mizzou. Texas will have to be ahead in Harris Poll though i am not sure yet by how many points. OU was ahead by about 40 points last week.

Ok, not sure. I'm looking at BCS rankings for week 14 and it says Texas in #2, thats why I posted that they will play in title game next week and feel like if they win, theres no way they won't play for nat'l title...

Looks like Texs needs to be ahead by about 30 points in harris is Ou has a slight compute lead. If another computer goes OU then it would have to be over 100 points - essentially impossible.

Texas will go to the title game ONLY if OU loses to Mizzou.

This would be an interesting matchup......Bama vs OU in the title game. Last time Saban took a 7 point dog into the title game, his defense held Stoops to 150 total yards. I would expect more of the same as this Bama team is very similar to Saban's 2003-04 LSU team........Strong at both lines, young at skill positions and an unspectacular veteran QB.

Still hard to know because the computers are really close.

Best case computers for Texas Texas needs to be ahead 31 points in Harris.

Middle case 60 points.

Worst case 89.

Some system we have...the difference in the computers is Mizzou's loss yesterday.

By way of example Texas gained 41 in coaches - with 1/2 the voters.
