3 sec's...I know how it looks, like its TX/OK but its hard to complain when TexTech is in the mix. Like I put in the other post, you can't say "45-35" b/c its an IDENTICAL 3-way tie.

The computers are rather absurd as well. There is no monitoring or verification. Sagarin has Texas witha stronger SOS ,same record, yet OU ahead? Billingsley, who has OU gear in his office and drinks from an OU mug, admittedely "tweaks" his system every week.

I've seen a lot weaker schedules but not much of a resume here. Not that OK or TXTech does either.
I guess you have to either argue with the system or with common sense. If you argue common sense, then you say pick a team out of the hat and that team plays for the conf title. If they win the conf title, then they play for nat'l title. If they lose, USC plays for nat'l title.
If you argue the system, then you have voters and computers, etc and see how it plays out and whoever is on top gets to go.
You just can't argue head-to-head b/c they are all 3 tied, even if Texas Tech is ranked lower. Its not a valid argument.

I agree, but ask Tuberville and Auburn who went 13-0 in the SEC and got left out. And they still won't change the system. Unbeaten in SEC and can't play for title and no change. Amazing.
