Two games I already hit so sharing now, I will have more on them later but great situational bets.

Zenit Ov 3 -130
Feyenoord Ov 3 -150 (may be tough to get 3 now but I like it at 3.5)

Griezmann is starting so I am not adding plus the line is much higher. Real has full starting lineup minus Modric.

Well Navas just proved why he is going to be the number 2 goalie at Real this year. Real should have won this one but his two misses/mistakes cost them the win. Didn't lose but would have like to have had that one so I could bet a little more tomorrow.

Are these strong plays for you? I see Kid has hit these as large plays, are you doing the same? I just want to add that I appreciate your insights in this forum, thank you for sharing and good luck.

Sticking with the over plays that have served me very well in Euro. I already mentioned the first two.


Feyenoord Ov 3 -145 - This is where I played the game a couple days ago. My guess is that it is 3.5 almost everywhere. Was on the over in the last one, but certainly did not expect them to lose 4-0. This creates a great situational play now with them at home with this huge deficit. They are the better team and I expect goals in this one. I still like it at 3.5 just not as big.

Zenit Ov 3 -135 - Was surprised to see this line move down some overnight as you can get -120 now. Exact same situation as above and just as surprising. Zenit is a talented team and will be all in here. Will be very surprised if this is not at least a push. With the line move I am not playing it as big as Feyenoord.

Atalanta Ov 3 -130 - Been all over their totals the last 2 games. I am on it again, just not as big. They won 4-1 on the road so they can more or less coast here, but they have to play the game. Hapoel has no choice but to be aggressive so it should create a lot of chances.


There is plenty more I could play, but I feel really good about these so this is all I am playing for today.

I bet Zenit for a little less because they are playing a strong opponent. Plus I was a little surprised to see the line drop a little over night.

My final play is a little less than the Zenit play since Atalanta already won 4-1.

Bettors can get an advantage in these back to back games based on the first results and I think the first two are a good example of this. I stick strictly to the totals here because it can be tough lay -2 goals to win with a team playing so aggressive to make up a deficit as it can lead to counters. They could certainly blow them out, but I am much more comfortable simply playing the total so I do not care who scores.

Well, today is a perfect example of why I never bet big money in Europa League. Really like the Over in a game, it is 1-1 after 9 minutes, home team dominates, hits the post at least twice and we do not even get a push. Definition of a brutal break. Was over once they hit the post in 80' (flash score actually hit the goal button!). If they score there they get another. Just have to take it and move on.

I'm taking tomorrow off.

Only posting one play in the Premier League tomorrow for now. I like a few games but this one stands out to me:

Everton -110 - I liked what I saw from them last week. They definitely have a more attacking style this year. I do not like this Southhampton team, they simply can not score which is why I did not like them last week at home against Burnley who also can not score. Everton should win this one. Decent size play for me, would be bigger if not the second week of the season.

I may play the Chelsea game if Everton wins. I like them at home and I do not think this total should be 3. Looks like they are setting totals like it was last year. I obviously did not like what I saw from Arsenal last week and I think they will struggle again this week.

Putting this one in now for Italy

Napoli Ov 2.5 -130 - They are on the road at Lazio. First game of the year, so tough to bet an over, but you rarely get a Napoli total under 3. They have scored 3 goals themselves against Lazio is their last 3 games and I think the last 2 games were 4-1. Napoli in a Pk is also very tempting as they have 5 wins and 1 draw in their last 6 games against them, but I will go with goals. I expect this line to move overnight.

Looking at Villa one more time in the Championship, but need to look at Ipswich some more. Lots of first round Cup games in Germany but it is tough to cap. Not posting them but will gladly take some questions if anyone has some. On an interesting note my site has a line on the Leverkusen game of Ov 2.5 -805!! First time I have seen that.

I am adding a small play in Holland on the following:

VVV Venlo +1.5 +105 - They are playing Ajax at home. Ajax is in the middle of a tough Champions League qualification and have Dynamo Kiev coming up this week. So far, they have not played very well in front of or behind CL games. VVV won on the road last week and should feel good about their chances this week. Ajax is the better team but I like the value play here getting +1.5 at home.

Barcelona Ov 3.5 -140 - Think this will be a typical Barca home game of at least 3-1. I think Alaves can score so will take the over.

So Burnley FH line is Un 1 -165 but we get the FH draw at even money. Seems to be a lot to pay for that one goal push. Burnley can not score lately so my guess is they may pull out a 1-0 home win but I will take a shot for a 0-0 FH. Burnley FH Draw Ev.

Man City should dominate Huddersfield but I am going to watch the FH and see if there is a SH play.

Not what I expected, but got the Burnley draw to start the day!

Couple other smaller plays today:

Getafe+2 Ev - Agree with Kid on this one. This is a huge, huge rivalry game and Getafe always plays them tough. They usually lose, but they have to lose by 3 for us to lose our bet so I will take it.

Vitesse Ov 3 -115 - Should be another Holland shootout. Both teams put up goals in the first week so expecting the same this week. I also have the Alkmaar total but I got the times messed up and forgot to post.


Still going over some in Italy. Parma was playing in Serie D three years ago and now has their first Serie A game after folding. It is a crazy story. They should be pumped and the total is only 2. Inter should take care of Sassuolo also, may parlay them with Sunderland in League One. Just do not want to go nuts today since I had a nice day yesterday.

Not sure what is going on in the Vitesse line, but the total just dropped big time to Ov 2.5 -120. I need to see what is going on there.
