Okay, I'll answer it. In my opinion the woman should have at least one or two orgasms prior to penetration. In my opinion, she becomes more easily stimulated during sex, however, this practice also provides some relief of pressure on the man to bring her to orgasm again during sex. Sometimes, if it's been a while, or if it's with someone the first time, things can happen a little faster so you need to account for these instances. Personally, my answer would be the more the better. It's pretty damn hot to watch a woman in the throes of a good orgasm, but a good estimate on the over/under on orgasms during sex is 1.5.
