Chavez Result

Chavez Result

Chavez won by 10 round decision

For those who played the WONT GO DISTANCE prop at dimes (like me)

it should be void - they had it scheduled for 12 (the reason I made the wager)

I will update you guys

since when are title fights 10 rounders?

only in Mexico and for Chavez

Most of the time I don't buy into all the "macho" stuff, but the bottom line is Tim Bradley is more of a man than Devon Alexander will ever be.

And this is coming from a guy who backed DA.

Alexander acted like a lil crying bitch (and apparently, from reports, did even more whining at the post presser)

NO REMATCH PLEASE

I'm glad that Bradley having the flu prior to the fight didnt affect the outcome of the fight!

If it wasnt fot that and Atlas picking Bradley I would have been even more confident in him! :toast:

BW, 5dimes had so many props for this fght but no tech decision!!!

Anybody now about Cermeno!?

@ Zerwas

I totally agree with you, I had a long discussion with someone about that topic and we both agreed it was a shame that it was not offered ;)

Btw. Would appreciate a result (hopefully the right one) on Nehomar Cermeno vs Victor Terrazas too.

Cheers

Big Upset in Mexico

Big Upset in Mexico

Terrazas defeats Cermeno by split decision

El Tapatio, Victor "Viking" Terrazas, was won by split decision over Venezuelan Nehomar Cermeno, and earned his ticket to the featherweight world title battle by the World Boxing Association. Two judges saw the Mexicans win, 115-113 and 115-113, while a third favored the South American fighter, giving 116-112, Saturday night at the Arena Coliseo de Guadalajara.

The battle became very interesting because the great Venezuelan technique showed during the fight, but "Viking" took the best shots during the fight and most of the race forced the fight, what did they fill the eye to the judges.

I looked over those props again and again, searching for Bradley and/or Alexander by tech decision.

They had EVERYTHING else but. Aggravating.

Didn't they list that option in the past?

I took the tech draw - but that was the only tech prop I saw. Such a shame.

A couple things were confirmed for this weekend:

Devon Alexander is a little bitch.

Yessica Bopp is damn sexy.

HBO Boxing is cursed.

Zerwas and Ghost... You guys were on Terrazas? I didn't see that one coming at all. What made you think it would happen?

Shot in the dark man. Strictly two reasons for me.

1. Venue. Homecourt Terrazas.

2. Cermeno never knocks anyone out.

I figured if it could get to the cards......sounds like Cermeno would have won in Venezuela.

Get em next week man

the year is only starting

Yeah, I've really got to start regarding that homecourt thing more... Can't just cap a fight strictly on talent. Mendez did come thru against Baloyi, but I'm sure it was a drubbing.

the worst is that little fucker Lazarte in Argentina.

I've had him losing 3 fights in a row on the cards - not to mention he should have been DQ'ed in every one.

You gotta be damn good to overcome homecourt advantage in boxing.

Shit I'm not sure Mayweather could beat Lazarte in Argentina.

Hi Ghost,

Its really a shame that technical dec. props are not offered very often. Sometimes you can get them at Sky but they limit players very fast so... not a long term solution.

Thanks again for finding the Nehomar Cermeno vs Victor Terrazas result: You made my weekend!
