What a disgusting weight to come in at. He shoukld still have enough to get by Barret but certainly not worth what I got it at @-500. The Fat Bastard could very well be a parlay killer.

No disputing the fact that Solis is lazy. A motivated Frez or a mobile Kevin Johnson would have given him fits, but he should be alright against Barrett. Monte is willing and his durability is waning. Solis will be too strong for him and should get him out of there mid to late. At this weight, I could see him laboring to a 10 round decision, but Odlanier will get the win.

Juan Manuel Lopez Under 7.5 -160- Large
Mtagwa's style is perfect for Lopez to take advantage of. This fight is going to be like watching a demolition derby. Lopez stops Mtagwa's motor within 6 rounds.

Solis Under 8.5 -135- Small
I just put a small bet on the OVER 8.5 +130 to essential cancel my play here. Solis may get the ko here, but a 271 when he should be in the 240's; I am not going to risk it. :(

Good luck tomorrow guys

wow, Solis really looks prepared to get through winter...:scared :142smilie
Barret looks in good shape.
It's really a shame, I would rather like to see him fighting at CW, he put on a whooping 70 lbs since turning pro! :scared

Well, anyways, Evan suggests a small play on the over and while I'm indifferent about the outcome (Barrett might still et koed), this looks like the way to go here....

everybody else looks in good shape.

Here are the weigh in pics for the German card: http://www.boxing.de/en.html

According to a spoiler alert on the "current scene" forum on another website, Salgado stopped Linares in the first round! I think this might be genuine, too, as the person who posted this lives in Japan and has done previous legitimate posts on Japanese fights.

WOW!!! That would be a HUGE shocker. The kid he was fighting was undefeated so you never know. I know it's not confirmed but thx for the update Graham. From my perspective I hope that's the only big surprise this wkend. Congrats to anybody that had the gumption to hit it!

It's only 3:30 am on the east coast. Where the hell are you you Ghost?:00x32

It's official...1:13 of the 1st rd. He probably got caught cold and couldn't recover. That had to be AT LEAST A +1000 doggie.

.....

.....

A big upset but there was a little hint that Linares was vulnerable early. He was hurt early against Gamaliel Diaz who isn't exactly a puncher.

Ivan Hernandez stopped at 300 of rd 3.

Hopefully none of the regs in here got hurt by the 1st result. It was pretty wide odds and not even worth a parlay play @-1700 or so.

Let's go HOSANO!!!!!!!!!!!
