Japan fights

Japan fights

Layin' a little chalk on these, but I like the plays. Gotta give thanks to sb and O for posting these lines, as most books seem to have skipped them:

Tajbert-Aoh OVER 10.5 (-270) - medium
Really should go the route, barring some shenanigans. Both boxer types without much power.

Hozumi Hasegawa (-300) - medium
I like Has a lot here. I think he's absolutely world class, and almost certainly stayed at bantam too long. He looks strong at 126 and I think the extra weight will do him well. Burgos is a solid prospect and improving, but he's a young guy, and I don't think he's ready for the big time yet. Just a few fights ago, he was unsteady against journeyman types. Too much too quick for the youngin' and I think Has wins solid.

Hasegawa-Burgos UNDER 11.5 (-110) - very small
Just a bit here, but I think Has stands a good chance of getting Burgos out of there. Has showing much more power in recent fights. He could be much faster than Burgos. He also looked to be hitting sharply and strong in that sparring footage that December posted.

Hopefully a good start to the weekend! Good luck fellas!

Takam-Jomardashvili UNDER 6.5 (-150) - small
Not gonna break the bank here or anything, but it looks to me like Shvili won't be able to hang in there for that long. He's just a cruiser, coming up from light heavy actually, has been in VERY soft, and was taken out in 5 by the first decent fighter he's faced - cruiser Masternak. Takam may be limited, but he's a strong, tough 240lb heavy who seems to not waste time in going after guys he knows he can remove. I think this one could end any time from the first on, and don't see it lingering into the 7th.

Also, Shvili has never fought a 7th round. Longest fight has been 6, and he seems like the kind of fighter that goes in - or out for that matter - swinging.

Tajbert is one tough SOB
Ref was close to stopping it in rounds
10, 11, 12
ass whipping
it goes the distance
and Aoh impressively takes the 130 pound title

Hasegawa can win boxing match without problem but he for some reason wants to KO Burgos.

I agree Andrey
He is fighting a very stupid fight
bomb after bomb
He has the speed to win a decision
but he just keeps trading big hooks
