You can also add these fights to that list:

Jackson Asiku vs. Humberto Ruiz
Y.Y Bopp vs. A.Arrazola
Meacher Major vs. Dorin Spivey
Patrick Lopez vs. Sergio Rivera
Robert Helenius vs. Taras Bidenko

I wonder why there is such inconsistency in terms of the variety of fights offered week to week. A number of these bouts are evenly matched, bettable fights.

I just don't understand how we get Matsuda vs. Umetsu, and a Wed. night 6 rounder between two sparing partners - but not Angulo vs. Yorgey for a 'world title' on HBO??

Joey???

You are right Quanah. Not having a Angulo vs. Yorgey surprises me the most.

I mean when Yorgey fought Ronald Hearns they had a line and this is higher profile than that.

I really wanted to see Angulo-Yorgey and Helenius-Bidenko odds. The Angulo fight would have been wide, but I think the Helenius fight could have been a good opportunity.

Not too much to work with this week...

I agree. I think Bidenko is there to be beat after that shellacking from Boytsov. I like Helenius here in a close decision.

Well, I've got a smallish wager on the UNDER 7.5 @ -110 in the Rogan-Sexton fight.

Hopefully the bad blood will boil over into the ring.

Other than that, I've got another smallish wager on Valuev tomorrow... As of now, dat's about it.

very strange that there are so few lines.

I was hoping for some nice odds on Angulo.

Obviously we should be seeing odds here, but I think the number would have been -1000 or higher. The oddsmakers are not silly...

You know what's funny is the actual arm length doesn't look much different. Valuev is all torso and head.

Valuev may be the missing link

Valuev may be the missing link

Also ,I recently read that Valuev's parents are both 5'5. He claims he has no glandular disorders but had one massive ancestor which is where he believes he got his size from. I say something went haywire in the pituitary.

that could explain manny`s head.....i`m gonna have to lighten up on manny,it may just be physiological....:grins:

on a more serious note....who would pay good money for this ...

Zab Judah vs Ramon Montano (welterweight)
Ronald Johnson vs Ray Smith (light heavyweight)
Sharif Bogere vs TBA (lightweight)
Salvador Sanchez vs Robert Guillen (junior featherweight)
Brandon Harris vs Mike Montoya Jr. (cruiserweight)
Ryan Ellul vs Ricardo Calzada (welterweight)
Joseph Judah vs Delaney Howard (junior middleweight)
Anthony Lenk vs Martin Vierra (junior welterweight)

this(much like keanu reeves` acting) brings tears to my eyes...

Line on Angulo fight just got posted. Angulo -1400. At that price I guess it doesn't much matter if we've got a line or not.

Hmm...Maybe Yorgey is worth a slight? Just kidding. He's not.

Do I hear Helenius-Bidenko?

I was hoping for -500 :142smilie :142smilie :142smilie. I think the under hits but not willing to shell out -200 7 1/2 rds. Yorgey likes to use the ring and I can envision him getting into survival mode after about 30 seconds.
