Unbeaten super middleweight Donovan ?DA BOMB? George (18-0-1, 16 KOs) scored a fourth round TKO over Jason Naugler (18-11-1, 11 KOs) on Friday night at the UIC Pavilion in Chicago. In a good action fight, George staggered Naugler in round four with a big right hand and followed up with a barrage of hard punches that prompted referee Gino Rodriguez to wave it off. Naugler complained about the stoppage to no avail.

My pick for tomorrow

My pick for tomorrow

Dawson by Decision -220- Medium
I think this fight will play out a lot like Dawson's rematch with Tarver: same result with less drama. Dawson will fight a smarter fight than last time where he went all out in the first couple rounds looking for the knockout and then got tired by the end of the fight. Remember before he fought Johnson he was coming of two good knock out wins and had a lot of hype behind him. Now he paces himself better and even takes rounds off when he is way ahead in a fight. Johnson is a warrior, but at close to 41 and over 400 professional rounds (many of them wars) I see him coming up short here.

Btw, I was watching Harry Joe Yorgey fights and I noticed he always dips down low when fighters rush attack him. This style might fit in perfect for Angulo who throws a lot of body punches. Angulo will throw some body punches that just might hit Yorgery on the chin if Angulo times it right. Also, for Yorgey being known as a slick boxer, his footwork is really just average. The only thing he does above average is move his head well. If the odds were better I would play the under, but at 7.5-205 it is not worth it.

Good Luck Guys! :thumb:

Those of you that think Haye is going for a "late" stoppage, you can get +800 for Haye wins 7-12.

I'm going to add a very small wager on the UNDER 7.5 in the Angulo fight. The price is too high at -205, but I think it will happen.

Also gonna throw a few bucks on Valuev to get Haye out of there at +300.

I think Angulo is going to DESTROY Yorgey
El Perro aint Ronald Hearns

I don't like the price, but to bring it down I am parlaying the UNDER 7.5 to Fedor

Good luck crew
Haye Valuev card starts in a few hours

Guys, this is crazy....check this out:
On the right side of fightnews.com each weekend, they have a poll
http://vote.sparklit.com/poll.spark?pollID=1078551

I have never seen this thing divided so evenly! I have seen close polls, but never have I seen all four fight results
(Fighter A Decision, Fighter A KO, Fighter B Decision, Fighter B KO) each at close to 25% !

Wow, this Haye-Valuev match REALLY has everyone confused-can't wait to see how it plays out

Haye is available at almost EVEN! Crazy! I could be wrong, but I believe he opened at 5d -250 a month ago.

I think Haye wins this one. But his chin is a massive liability, and the reason I cant make a big play on him. Im taking the Haye gets KD and wins prop. I think there's a chance Haye blitzes Valuev right from the start, not letting him into the fight.

Also note that Johnson and Bute have sparred heavily, close to 100 rounds. We don't know what happened, but Bute is hella good prep.
No play for me on that fight, hopefully it goes live. Maybe Johnson pts +800

I have a few bucks on the big guy at very good +odds. Like Graham said in his column, this is a fight with many possible outcomes. Not a fight to wager the farm on.

I did wager the farm on Dawson in the 1st go and would have been happy with a draw. I got a very lucky break there. I think Dawson wins but Johnson is one hungry pissed off hombre and I'm not willing to wager -400 on Dawson, who hasn't impressed in a long time. Dawson should win a hard fought 12 rder. Dawson will not engage like he did the 1st time. I'm probably going to sit it out. Good luck.

I'm sitting out both main events today....but very much looking forward to watching them....

Too many variables in the Haye-Valuev fight....I just can't pin it

I like Dawson by decision, but as Romi said, he has not impressed in quite some time....not at that price....no thanks

I am riding will El Perro UNDER, Fedor, Mousasi. That's it. Hope this works out.

Let's see if Haye can knock that big dude over....I doubt it.

Yup, we could smell that one. Too bad. How was the fight going until the cut stopped it?

Would have liked to have gotten some payback on the Boystov fight. Helanius would have been favored but i think we would still have gotten a decent number.

Indeed, Haye-Valuev is too tough to call either way. I don't like the over/unders either, and it's amazing how evenly spread out the outcome props are, noone really knows. Tim Starks is the most respectable and unbiased guy I know who picks a blowout, in favour of Haye.

Consencus is Haye early and Valuev late. Maybe V rds 7-12 is worth it for the compulsive types.

I agree Dawson has grown more since the first fight and will employ a better strategy, it's just the Bute sparring that makes this a tough call. Bute can move and box very well, surely he used that strategy in sparring against Johnson to prepare for Andrade. There are big fights lined up for the winner, so there's further motivation for Dawson to be cautious: winner of Pascal-Diaconu 2, winner of Bute-Andrade 2, Super Six entry.
