Hearns may have ekked out rd1 by volume but jeez he's so feather fisted. Must think Tommy is cringing just thinking about being in there right now. I can't watch much more of this....this one is going to be a zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz fest.

I actually like Montiel a great deal in the HBO fight

You take away the Vic Darc fight and Donaire's resume is not as impressive

Then you look at a guy like Conception (common foe)....Montiel absolutely disposed of him where Donaire very nearly lost that fight
Donaire fights to the level of opponent.

He WILL shine in this fight.

Watson

Theophane

:00hour

Making a prediction, I will take Donaire tonight, but I don't like the odds. Much closer to a pick'em, maybe Donaire -160.

I think this is how it goes down... Nonito, maybe hurt himself a couple times, catches Montiel on the chin in a firefight, maybe not all that late. Round 5.

Also, if Puiu was just a little better, I would call him live against Witter. Puiu resides in Canada, Witter getting old, inactive, and moving up in weight. Witter looked horrible against Alexander, and hasn't fought since. Seems to me that Puiu is limited, but could be tougher than expected.

I'm probably gonna dabble, but the Brits ensured a good weekend for me.
