RD12 - Good right from Morris. Sykes brawling but tired. Geez, announcers have it same 106-104 Morris but crowd is mixed. Sykes working, lunging...but Morris landing more cleanly. Great round!! Many tough exchanges, but Morris looks slightly the better. Morris.

116-113 Morris on my card.

Many very close rounds. Nothing but a wide decision either way would surprise me.

scores to come

Congrats to Matt on the Sykes win!!!

Fight could've gone either way... I thought Morris knicked it, but Sykes was hometown fighter...promoted fighter. He gave a good account of himself too, so nice call my brother!!

Anybody ever seen Wilton Hilario ? If he is decent he should be able to last 10 rounds , over 9.5 at + 105 looks decent or even Honorio wins by 12 rnd decision at + 251 . Tho for some reason 5dimes thinks Honorio will stop this unbeaten guy . Honorio has nice wins over Luevano and Rogers Mtagwa but he only stopped 2 guys in his last 9 wins + 1 draw . One of those guy has 31 wins 35 losses and another one 7 losses and 4 of them by stoppage .
Boxrec has him listed with huge 73 reach to 67 of Honorio , maybe he can jab his way into the later rounds

I have not seen Hilario fight. However, Matt has the over as a small play, and he's on fire right now so I'll be taking the over.

I took Zapp -290. Angulo was down 3 times in his last go and Zapp appears to be improving. Haven't seen him but Zapp appears to have a liitle pop on his punches. I'm a little nervous as Zapp has been down 3 times in his career and Angulo is probably the hardest puncher he has faced. The under is tempting @+190...looks like either fighter could potentially be stopped in this QUOTE]
Yes Romi, I think there is some good value in the under here. Nice plus odds. This will be a close quarters free-swinging affair. Zappa has been down, and Angulo was dropped 3 times in his last fight. Dec. is probable result I suppose, but...

Funny thing is Angulo was dropped thrice and lost widely to a guy that he stopped 5 or 6 years ago.
And Ameth is nothing special.

Weight could be a factor. Angulo can't make'35 anymore. He weighed 133 for his debacle with Ameth II and the prick tipped in at 138 for this one. So he could be stronger. He might have some value if he can revert to previous form.

Hilario in a recent bout against Allen Litzau. Seems to pack a little pop but slightly wild. Also a little concerning he's never gone past 8 rounds before. Still not sure how great Honorio really is. Did some good things against unproven John Molina in his last bout. Good fighter but not great imo. Not sure he commands this high of a line but also not a whole lot of info on Hilario so a tough bet either way.

Regarding Sykes, glad you guys won that
when i was watching in the airport, I had the feeling the judges would see it differently than the commentary
seems to happen a lot in the UK

Anybody know if the chick fight from Mexcio, Juarez vs. Cardona is still on? Boxrec is listing a different opponent for Juarez, but all the books are still carrying the line.
