It's almost midnight...thought you were slacking off. I'm still pumped from the Brad big comeback win. Great night for wagering and boxing!

How low do they go? Otis Griffin for Lacy? I'm waiting for the Garcia fight to FINALLY be fought. Have him straight up and in that long running parlay. It will be worth the wait.

I want to see what Winks mental attitude is like. If he's up for the fight, PW is going to have some issues. If Wink has a 1/2 tank full it's going to be a tough fight.

Brad/Holt finally about to strt on the wst coast...funny, I was kicking myself for not hedging after your 1st rd update but we pulled the rabbit out of the hat and had the great week. :00hour

They opened it at -120 either way.
It is now:

Obviously some sharp guy weighted for that odds.
They made the line -120 either way? Seems like bookie didn't have a clue. It would be interesting to know what was the limit on that bet.

Congrats to all madjackers who had a great weekend. I made only small profit. Kid Diaz killed me.

Ghost, here is one fight that is not on your list but bwin and bet-at-home have odds listed:

Oleg Jefimovič (UKR) - Osman Aktas (FRA) (EBU Featherweight Title) 4/10/09

I'll be interested to see the line on Aereola/Big Time. I expect Aereola to be around -300 (the line, hopefully not his weight). Good test for Aereola but I expect a dull plodding fight. He better be in shape because McCline is not an easy guy to get out of there and this could go rds. McCline is also very dangerous early on. I expect Big Time to show some flashes early but he'll gas and Aereola will out wrk him over the course. That is based on both guys being in somewhat reasonable shape. If Aereola comes in out of shape again, then I give McCline a shot. IFAereola comes in in good shape and gets the big guy out of there then he becomes a millionaire and a star over night. It's a big fight for him and he's a damn fool if he's not ready. The weigh in for this one will be an event in itself and we'll all be waiting the results. I expect the lines to move immediately after. My early pick is Aereola by dec.

They dicked that line up @ 5Dimes bigtime. It's been Williams-170/180 in Vegas for weeks now. I agree if we get Lederman props we punish the "first 3 rds." on Williams. Probably -175-1.5 or there-abouts. Williams will throw punches in bunches out of the gate and as nj says, Lederman do love it so.

hey frank I would (never) bet on -1.5 after 3 rounds. Winky only has to win one of the first three rounds. If this was an even fight there would only be a 12.5% chance that this wouldnt happen. of course this is not an even fight, but still, I think thats too risky for the return.

BTW, I havent seen any lederman props lately, hopefully they didnt cancel them altogehter due to inefficiency....

Well, maybe it won't be -1.5. I just mentioned it as that's what they usually offer us. At any rate, Williams will most likely be the busier of the two as the proverbial "ring rust" is/can be an issue with Wright.

Had to listen to a lot of dialogue to get to the interview...its all good. Thx for the link. PW mentioned something about keeping his wt near 150-154. I think wink is solid 160...strength could be a factor.

I have heard rumors (no idea if they are true) that P-Will is having a lot of trouble putting on more weight. I wouldn't be surprised if he weighs in Friday a few pounds below the limit of 160.

I don't think this will be too big a deal for Wiliams. He shouldn't force the weight on, and will probably be just as effective a few pounds south of 160.

It's nothing like having to starve and take weight off. That's where a fighter's real problems start. Ask "Deer Meat" De La Hoya.

However, as you said Romi, it may give Wright a strength advantage in the contest, particularly on the inside.

Williams stated in the interview that he fought Verno Phillips inside because of the cut on his eye. He said he plans to keep this fight at more of a distance with his reach and jab.

Sounds good-but let's see if he can stick to that plan.

Jeff Lacy apparently thinks he is fighting Otis Grant (who hasn't fought since 2006).
I'm sure by Friday they will let Jeff know he is actually facing Otis Griffin-winner of the esteemed reality show "The Next Great Champ".

Otis Griffin interview.
He says he has had his best camp ever, and gives excuses for the Brinkley loss and the Licina loss.

Lacy is atrocious nowdays. But Griffin is possibly worse. I really don't know what to think of this mess.

The bout is Friday night in Florida. Weight is contracted for 173.

I took Watson...small play and a boxrec bet but he beat Mathew Hatton easily and hatton has recently stepped up his game. O'donnell has fought very weak opp. I'm sure Graham will have something to say. My British picks are generally small plays, especially at the level of these guys.

Does Lacy have brain damage? He doesn't even know who he's fighting?...his last 5 fights 2 very wide pts dec losses and 2 MD wins and the other fight he won was close against Manfredo. He hasnt had a ko win in 3 1/2 yrs. I think he's THROUGH as any serious threat. I have absolutely ZERO interest in a Lacy/Jones fight...although for betting purposes I'd have to go w/Jones and I think Jones is pretty shot.

I took Watson also for 1,74 @ bwin. I see he is down to 1,588 @ 5d. Somebody obviously took maximum shot at him. Same as you, I saw him fighting much better guys than O'Donnell although he is a little inactive lately. English guys at boxrec forum seems to like O'Donnell on points in this fight a little bit more but facts are facts.
Of course both guys are saying the right things:
