Korean Volcano Out

Korean Volcano Out

Ji Hoon Kim scratched

Super featherweight Marvin Quintero (21-3, 17 KOs) will now face late sub Gabriel ?The Ghost? Tolmajyan (10-1, 3 KOs) in a scheduled ten rounder on ESPN2′s ?Friday Night Fights? from the Pechanga Resort and Casino. Quintero was supposed to face hard-hitting former title challenger Ji Hoon Kim (22-7, 18 KOs) but that face-off was scratched after Kim was diagnosed with a detached retina earlier this week.

Luis Cruz will now face tough contender Martin Honorio on Showtime before the JuanMa fight. Cruz was supposed to fight Roman Martinez, who pulled out with an injury.

Gevor suspended for 6 months after attacking ref last Sat: per fightnews.

The fvcker should have had a stiffer penalty. The ref was cool and accepted his apology. His manager Sgt Shulze, said he wants an immediate rematch after the 6 mnt suspension because there are "too many questions unanswered"  . Yeah, like was Gevor going to last to the final bell or get KTFO :mj07:. No question in my mind that Gevor wanted out of the fight.

Narvaez-Seda

Narvaez-Seda

This is a great fight! How good is Seda? He's gonna have to be a special fighter to dethrone Narvaez in Argentina. Narvaez has been very impressive lately, and I'd like to see him against some top bantams. Seda bigger though. Seda does seem very good, but I think this step up may be just a little too much - especially in Arg.

No real play for me - parlayed a little on both sides.

My call is Narvaez W12 in a very good action, close fight.

Was sort of hoping for a really good +number on Seda to make it worth while. This should be a great action fight and hopefully we get a stream. I see it much like you. Close close fight but in Arg, it SHOULD go to Nar. Seda will really have to do a number here and not so sure he can do that against a top quality fighter. I don't see any value. No wager for me either.

Was hoping to get a bet off on Kiko today but line went off awfully early.

Same same for me. If I would've seen Seda at +2, it would've been hard not to play it. Sense says Narvarez though, so prob a good thing.

I liked Kiko too, but only line I saw was -3. Too wide IMO. I was hoping for -170 or so.

Couldn't resist Salido +750. Juanma has run a little hot and cold and has shown some vulnerability against less than steller opp. Mtagwa had him out on his feet. Marq also had him in some serious trouble and supposededly he was injured to boot. SAlido is not an easy out for anybody. He pulled a surprise and beat the Ghost rather easily (albeit on the juice). Salido is not the kind of guy that goes away. Juanma more than likely wins here but worth throwing a morsal on this at the +750. Gamboa said that Salido was his toughest fight.

Im on the over for Munroe 9 1/2 for a good med size wager. Also have a bit on Berto. Good luck Gents!
